This place is hit or miss depending on who's working. Staff is mostly friendly, so I genuinely don't have beef with that.
Still, if someone orders a venti don't put a grande in a venti cup... this is just bad. (See pic.) Two inches short of the fill line? Come on. I wouldn't normally complain, but this warrants it.
Guys... slow down and take time on orders. It's supposed to be a venti Macchiato, but it's a watered down grande latte, at best lol xD What high-school student hates their first job? I get it kid, but don't take it out on me! lol jk xD
Maybe you felt rushed? Maybe it was busy in the store? Don't rush their work! lol Let them take their time on drinks, especially if they're new to the work. Put your best baristas on the bar and here's an idea Starbucks CEOs: Pay. Them. A. Living. Wage. Laxman, don't be lax on this! ba-dum-tsss
Please have your machines calibrated too- they're starting to run watery shots. Maybe they need to be replaced? I know that's a time crunch and an expense, but the machines REALLY need it. That's not a staff issue, so I get it.

Read moreThis location has gone downhill in the past couple of months. Some coffee drinks have consistently changed for the worse. The taste of the Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso is different and off. It tastes like drip coffee is used instead of the blonde espresso roast and they consistently mess up details in the mobile orders, like not adding the brown sugar syrup or adding double the amount of cinnamon powder when the order was no cinnamon powder. Thought maybe it was a glitch or a new employee learning and stopped using the location for a couple of weeks only to try again and the drink is still bad. Read moreThis is the only Starbucks I've ever been to that knows what a "splash" of half & half is. The drive-thru can get crowded but they always do their best to keep the line moving. If you have to wait an inordinately long time, it's not the staff's fault. It's more likely to be because Karen and the gals in that white Tahoe 2 cars up ordered 6 half-caff, extra foam, extra hot chocolate caramel mochas with one pump of hazelnut and 12 pumps of classic sweetener with caramel drizzle and whip and a bunch of hot food items that each take 90 seconds to heat up. You will then see that same Tahoe in the parking lot as you pull out and watch an army of vest with jeans wearin', severe bob cut havin', angry, middle-aged white women charging into the store after they decide one or two of the extra hot mochas are only regular hot and somebody thinks their breakfast wrap is...
