Taco Bell — Restaurant in Enumclaw

Well, I worked in customer service and the food service industry for over 20 years. These guys are doing a great job, it's difficult 4 a place like Taco Bell to come into a town that is smaller like Enumclaw. The local folks around here know what they like and anything new has to prove its salt and show that it's willing to become an actual part of the community and not just a cookie cutter fast food place that turns a quick buck. This Taco Bell was really designed and built with quality in mind so that integrating itself into Enumclaw for the long run should be a thing of ease and Grace. The food is always top notch and almost always perfectly correct. The couple times that I had to return an item, they replaced it super quick, pleasantly with a smile. They remade it in under 90 seconds and give me coupons for free food for the next time I came in. The customer service, honestly, went above and beyond any fast food joint I've been to. Some of the counter employees new the company will enough did they were able to give me Taco Bell history for about 10 minutes and came out from around the counter to open the front doors for me when I was leaving because my hands were full. If you ask me, I don't think they're going to have a problem at all proving why are they are now part of our hometown. Maybe it's about time we stop being so hard on them and just make them feel welcome...

I ordered $23 in food, I had a $25 giftcard. When going to pay, I added on a small drink to raise my total over $25 so I could just use the entire giftcard. When paying, I said I have a giftcard, but here is my debit card also to pay the difference of the $25. I get an alert on my phone that my debit card was charged $23.xx and then again for $2.xx and was handed back both cards, and a receipt for only the drink. I asked the lady at the window why she ran my card when I gave her a giftcard and if she could refund it and run the giftcard (the only reason I was there), she seemed annoyed, called over for help and long story short they couldn’t find my order because I wasn’t given both receipts, wouldn’t refund my card and charge the giftcard instead. So I said forget it due to the line of people behind me waiting. Common sense is to use a giftcard first and then process a second form of payment. I’m really not sure where the confusion lies. Lack of training? Not sure. I was given two free taco coupons that I guess make up for the $26 I...

We are local and have been for over 20 years. We were excited when Taco Bell opened in town!!! Well, we have been to this restaurant at least ten times since opening. And the have NEVER got our food order correctly. We don’t order anything weird, just stuff right off the board. It has been over a year since we tried food here, and they still can’t do it right. First, the person taking our order sounded like a squirrel on speed. You couldn’t understand him at all. But the reader board showed our order correctly. We got our order with no fuss, but once we opened the bag, we figured out quickly that they still can’t get it right. Seriously… taco supreme. How hard can it be? And the nachos bell grande was horrible. All the meat and beans were piled in one side of the bowl, the chips were stale, and the beans tasted like they came out of a 25 year old rusty can.
