McDonald's — Restaurant in Erlanger

Awful experience. I asked for fresh fish was told they dropped the fish when I asked for it when I watch them make a fish sandwich that did not come out of the fryer because the friar had two baskets of fries and another basket with McChickens in them I asked I thought I was waiting on Fresh Fish and the gentleman who took my order at the front counter said and I quote my bad I lied it was McChickens that were down in the fryer. Upon which I asked him how long have those fish been in that drawer do you have a time limit on them I'd like to know how fresh they are and he looked at me the same gentleman I believe his name was Dylan and said to me and once again I quote I really don't know how long I've been in there might have been a while. At that time I ask for a manager because obviously if the employees are going to say that I wanted to make sure I was actually fresh safe to eat product. The manager had the fish dropped fresh all in all I had to wait 20 minutes for a filet of fish and a Big Mac but I guess at least I'm lucky I caught the fact that I could have been getting a soggy fish sandwich at 6:30 at night that from what the employees said could have been there since this morning. I guess I was just shocked because I worked in the food industry most of my life and want to have an employee tell me my bad I lied and not correct the situation and then tell me that that product could have been there all day I was just dumbfounded. That happens to be the closest McDonald's to my house but I probably will be driving a lot further just to go to a different one especially after...

I will never come back to this McDonald's I came through about a month ago and sat in the drive thru for about 10 minutes when I got up to the window and I ordered my food and my drink the lady kept hitting other items on the screen that I didn't order in an act like she had an attitude when I kept telling her I didn't say that all I had ordered was two caramel frappes extra caramel and two of the $2 McChickens and a sweet tea after she got my order right five minutes later when I finally got around to the building to the the first window to pay the lady was standing with her back towards the window I was trying to get her attention because the car in front of me was pulling away from the window up front from receiving their food the lady didn't pay me no attention I even blew my horn she didn't pay no attention to me being at her window until the gentleman that was working the front drive through he went back and acknowledge that we was at her window she turned around like she had an attitude told me my total and they shut her window back after she gave me my change when I got to the second window the guy I apologize for her attitude and her for not paying attention to me being at the window for quite some time I told him it was not his fault but I do think that you all need to do personality checks before you hire anyone because the lady at the first drive thru window definitely don't need to be in...

Have a few things to say about this place, first, this morning I witnessed an emotional behind the counter wearing slides without socks standing next to the fryers... next to her was an employee in a different color shirt scratching his genitals. Not hand down pants but still scratching away at them. There's another employee that works mornings during the week that repeatedly gets our order incorrect and then complains and gives an attitude about having to correct it. I've lived in this area all of my life and have been going to this McDonald's since I was a little child and im telling you now that I will NOT be back to this location. I would highly highly recommend making the drive to Mt Zion rd and visiting the new McDonald's that was just built. The staff there is AMAIZING and I am a regular there during the week with my coworkers. So much that they know our orders and us by name and actually expect us there each morning. I regret not going there this morning but I will not make that mistake again. Sorry Erlanger, you've proved yourselves irresponsible and not sanitary and I hope corporate gets things sorted out but I doubt that they will.
