This review is a modification from a review posted a year ago. Since then I've been having many problems placing orders with your online app. I brought it to your attention several times but I'm pretty sure no one there cares. Every time someone tries to use the app and it doesn't work you are losing customers. There are customers like me who really enjoy your food but have reached the end of the rope. Due to the fact that your app practically never works properly, I've decided enough is enough and I will never purchase anything from Taco Bell again. Today I tried to make an app purchase that was a deal and the app kept charging me full price. Well that's it for me. The people in the restaurant just say "we can't do anything about it". And obviously management or corporate couldn't care less. It's nice to have great apps and try to keep up with the Joneses but if your app is not functioning you're losing customers. So just to let you know you're not losing this customer temporarily you've lost him forever. Not only that, but I will never have a good word to say about Taco bell. The worst thing in the world so far as business is having unhappy customers and letting them know that you care absolutely nothing about them. Taco is very efficient about that. Read moreParking lot & drive through are terrible. EXTREMELY tight amd once you're in, you can't get out until you go through the drive through, and yes that means even if you park and est inside.
For doordashers and others alike, DO NOT ACCEPT A RIDE TO THIS LOCATION, they will have the food ready and you can even see it inside sitting on the front desk, but they'll make you wait in the drive thrlugh line to get it.
While I was there, there were 2 other individuals who had to park in a different parking lot and walk over, knock on the locked door, amd explain how their order was wrong. They were told they have to go NACK through the drive through to correct it, mind you they line was at least 10-15 cars deep AND at LEAST a 15-20min wait time.

Read moreOrdered my food with no cheese, double checked before I left and saw several pieces of shredded cheese all around the inside and some large pieces too. Told the person working and she says "there is no cheese in there". When I showed her the cheese she said that it's because it's next to the lettuce and suggested its the norm. I asked for a refund, she tried to have it remade instead, had to ask for a refund again. If you didn't think there was cheese the first time around when there clearly was, why would I give you my trust for the second trust? I dont understand how this is acceptable and standard, does Taco Bell not understand allergins. Didn't even receive an apology whatsoever, just an "mhm" when I thanked her for the refund.
