La michoacana Plus -Escondido,CA- — Restaurant in Escondido

Everytime I come with my family we spend about 45 to 60dlls a trip since we are a family of 6 and the staff is in a really bad mood all the time they have no customer service, I always ignore it but this time was different we order some strawberries with cream in a carton box as soon as they give it to us the smell was a little strange we try them and you can tell that the strawberry it self was bad I proceed to the cashier who she ignore me for a long time and I had to get her attention, in a very polite and as low as possible I told her what was going on and that all I wanted them to do was to change them for me she said she wasn't going to do it I said can i get my money back she said no and that she wasn't going to do neither once again I explain to her that I was being very polite and I was not going to argue and walk away I work in customer service and now this business very well to know that they have no customer service at all I am never coming back this is a really bad experience and I believe that I wasn't asking for anything that they couldn't do specially since the product was return completely full.

Cada vez que venimos mi familia y yo gastamos entre 45 a 60 dolares puesto que somos familia de 6 siempre que venimos podemos notar que los que travajan ahi estan de malas cosas que suelo ignorar pues entiendo estan cansados y ocupados pero esta vez revasaron sus grocerias.... Pedimos unas fresas con crema en carton cuando nos las dieron podias sentir un olor raro pero al probarlas comprobamos que efectivanente estaban echadas a perder me hacerque ala cajera y de la manera mas amable y callada para que nadien me oyera le explique el problema y le pedi que me cambiara las fresas ella me dijo que no podia hacer eso le dije que me debolviera mi dinero y me dijo que no podia hacer ninguna de las dos cosas le dije que estaba bien y me retire pero creo que estoy en todo mi derecho a pedir un cambio si algo no sirve no regresare mas tengo mucha experiencia en servicio al cliente y la verdad dejan...

I've given this place 2 chances both were not good, first time I had a agua de frutas the milk in the water was spoiled ,tastes awful. Second time I had their ferrero Roche ice cream, it was spoiled sour , could not get the taste out of my mouth. Don't know if they don't refrigerate it well or it's just expired but, I would not trust this place with milk products maybe the water ice cream and paletas are...
