It’s quite Sad Bc three employees just cost you a five star rating. I am a new customer to Marco’s. My family used to get pizza from Romitos in collinwood till the owner closed it down(BEST PIZZA IN TOWN). So we switched to my college favorite Rascal House which I ate while going to CSU. But as of late the Euclid Rascal House has let me and my family down on quality, service and had to notify corporate Bc of the last two times of getting undercooked pizza both times. Plus they went from not being greasy to really greasy which tells me cheap ingredients. So we been trying other places lately like dominos, papa John’s and a few others to find our new pizza place. My family and I get a lot of pizza annually so any pizza shop who wants our business can take it by providing an excellent product with good customer service. Notice I didn’t say great Bc in today’s world great customer service is a thing of the past. However what I just experienced today was the worst customer service ever. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give it a 2. The person who took my order was good, but upon arrival there were two employees at the counter. One male with a customer and one female without a customer not working. The female employee made eye contact three different times and never said hello, how can I help you. Nothing as if she were just a statue eye balling customers. Then after the male employee finished with his customer, I slowly approached the counter waiting for a hello, how are you or how can I help you. I got absolutely not a sound. I state my name for pickup, he turns and grabs the pizzas. Then states the total to me. I hand him the money and he gives me my change. Never says Thankyou, have a nice day NOTHING. Then walks away without offering me any napkins. He was in too much of a hurry to walk outside to a car with a female in it. So a third employee is talking to the female customer he was helping and offered her napkins and was caring on a pleasant conversation, telling her to have a nice day, come back again. But the minute I asked him for napkins as he was grabbing some for his customer, I get the look of why are you bothering me. A CUSTOMER SHOULD NEVER BE TREATED OR MADE TO FEEL LIKE THEY ARE A BOTHER OR INCONVENIENCE. So I am going to contact the corporate offices for a discount/refund and take my money and business elsewhere. VERY SAD BC THEY ACTUALLY PUT OUT A GREAT TASTING PIZZA. My other issue is, who ever cut it, should never be allowed to cut a pizza again. I had a slice almost a quarter of the pizza then multiple 1 inch slices. I took a picture of both pizzas. For me when I eat out, order carry out it’s half about the quality of food, but it’s half customer service and presentation. I am asking to be contacted back. Read moreWent here yesterday because while standing in line at little Cesar’s I decided I wanted the cheese bread from Marco’s instead……. That was the moment I messed up. Got to the Marco’s on Lakeshore and the person at the counter looked irritated. She was white with a short blond hair cut. But okay, it’s nice outside and maybe she was anxious to get outside. She takes my order… I decide to go the store to grab something to drink because two men were sitting at the table having a weird conversation and both of them looked pretty inebriated. Came back around seven minutes later and both men were gone but now new people were in the store ordering. Instead of being rude and cutting in front of others placing their order, I step off to the side. Now, keep in mind I was JUST in there. No one told me my order was ready (I ended up getting the bread and a 6pc wings) 10 mins go by and still no one has said anything. One of the unsavory customers that was aforementioned came back into the store causing commotion. Because I didn’t want to be around what was going on, I finally ask if my order is ready. The posting on the website said the store close at 1130PM, however when I called the associate ask me to hold.after waiting for about 12minutes I hung up and called back. The male answered and asked me to hold on. After waiting for approximately 7 minutes the person returned to the phone and said they're closed. I explained to him that I have been on hold for nearly half hour. I pulled up to the store at 1104pm and explained I have been trying to place this order since 1045pm and spoke to the black Male that came to the door explaining to him that I still have you guys on the phone now. The female explained that she put me on hold because they were to busy. I asked why she couldn't have taken my order instead of putting me on hold until it was too late. To that she couldn't offer a logical explanation. This is the poorest example of customer service I've experienced in my entire existence. I will never patronize this establishment again. To be sure I will discourage family and friends to avoid Marco's and I have quite a few folks who value my opinion. It's your loss because you hire personnel who lack customer service skills. I wish I could give this organization a five star...
