There hasn't been a time that I've gone to this CHICKEN restaurant and had to wait for chicken!?! The service was better on my last trip there but I was told I'd have to wait 15 minutes for the chicken to cook. This was before 8pm on a Friday night. Why was there no chicken cooked? I wasn't the only person in the drive thru and it was at least an hour before they closed. I ended up waiting 38 minutes for them to cook my chicken and bring it to my car. During said 38 minutes they brought the wrong order to my car 3 times and asked each time what I was waiting on. The same person each time. The last visit I was told they were just waiting on my biscuits to cook. No one mentioned cooking biscuits previously when they asked me to wait but whatever so I continued to wait. When I got home and opened the box, I had 5 completely burnt biscuits that were hard as rocks. They were literally black and you could not break them apart with your hands and would've broken a tooth if you tried to bite them! That wasn't even the worst of it. Although the chicken was still hot and fresh, out of a 10 piece family meal we got one breast and the rest were extremely small wings and legs, smaller than most hot wings. The green beans tasted sour, there was only half a pint of potatoes and to say they gave me gravy would be an understatement. It was literally 3 tablespoons of watered down brown liquid that I wouldn't have fed my dog! I have complained about their piss poor service, having to wait every single time, them not including sauces and/or napkins and utensils before but this trip supercedes all previous visits by far. Jack's, I've given you way more than 3 strikes but that was it. I won't be back. I may as well throw my money in the lake instead. It's blatantly obvious that no one there cares about their jobs, customer service or company image and there's really no telling what goes on that we don't see or experience if this is the level of service we are given when we do visit. Read moreFirst and foremost I would hope this isn't how Jacks would want a restaurant ran!!!! The employee's have horrible attitudes! It started all at the drive through when we started to order they were playing in the background and wasn't paying attention to what we were ordering. Next once we finally got them to give us some undivided attention to finish our order they cute off and said pull up. Once we make it to the window to pay and try to add some pies to the order she says In a rude tone " you gonna have to pull around and make another order for me to do that" which is quite incorrect. Well low and behold she messes the order up while placing and she added more fries than she should have and call the manager to have those removed, but they couldn't add pies 🤔. Well they told us to pull forward to the door and they will bring it out. After waiting another 20mins they bring the order out and low and behold the order was missing things it should have had. So we pull around to the drive through window again to try and fix this issue mind you I'm only going through the drive thru because I am in a wheelchair and it was a hard day for me to get out. They said " what you missing" then when I tell them I ask them for the manager to the window and I express my concerns which she just kinda blew it over her head because she didn't care. Got 2 chicken sandwiches with the most basic topping choices (pickles and mayo), yet they were still incapable of getting anything right. We also got a burger and they forgot all of the condiments. This was my first time visiting this franchise and I can say with certainty it will most definitely be my last. The fries are unbelievably under seasoned and bland, the chicken sandwich simply isn’t good at all, and the majority of the drinks they had listed, were out of order. Of what was available, those drinks were flat to no ones surprise. All in all an extremely regretful and disappointing visit, and any who is considering eating here, please do yourself a favor and do not visit this franchise and definitely do not pay for their beyond mediocre food. Only reason this is getting a 1 star rating is because there isn’t an option for 0 stars. P.S. this is my box of fries after eating only 4 fries, what a joke. P.P.S. we each got a “16 oz” drink, and they were generous enough to fill it up all the way to the top with ice, so we only had 8 sips worth of drink.
