I'm very surprised to see the other reviews about this place. We have been to this Arby's 4 times now. Twice we went inside because we didn't know what to order and didn't want to hold up other people in the drive through. When we were waiting for our food (which took a long time) inside we were amazed at what we saw. The people were very disorganised and looked very paniced. When we finally got our food, we drove home where my husband found out he didn't get what he ordered. The 3th time we used the drive through and this time it was great, we also noticed that this time there was a different crew working, the food came out fast and with a friendly smile. Because we hoped things changed for the better, we went to Arby's again today. We thought we were lucky because we didn't see any people waiting inside and we were the only car in the drive through. So my husband gave our order, he talked loud and clear, but the person working the order asked him to repeat the order because he didn't get it all the first time. So my husband repeated our order and we guessed this time the man got it right. We were a little surprised about the price which was more then the other times we went there, but we didn't think about that again and we could drive through to pay. We drove up to the window but there was nobody there, so we waited for a couple of minutes till the man came back. We gave our card and the window closed. The card was put on the counter and the man walked away again. Then he came back and he put our receipt with the card, but it all stayed on this counter and he walked away again. The next 10 minutes (at least) we saw people walking back and forth. Then the window finally opened again and the man asked my husband to sign. When my husband was trying to sign the receipt the man wanted to give him his card back, obviously the signing took too long (3 seconds) so the card was thrown back on the counter and the window closed again. Our drinks were made and the window opened again, we then got our card back. And the man wanted to give us a tray with 4 drinks. So my husband said we ordered 3 meals and 3 drinks. Our waiter then panicked again and said take all 4 drinks because the people behind you have started yelling at me. I reacted and said that that wasn't our fault! Then he asked us to drive up a little so he could solve this. He then gave us 4 meals but only charged us for 3 meals. That of course was nice. We also noticed the man forgot to give us straws for our drinks. I did see him grabbing the straws and throwing them back on the counter when my husband told him about the wrong amount of meals. Don't get me wrong we are not mad and we do love the food at Arby's but we are amazed about the huge lack of organisation in this location. I got charged twice when the girl told I didn't get the promotion from app. She said as a manager she would cancel my online order and she'd give me the discount. She did not give me the discount and she did not cancel my order. I paid $35+ for an order. They first offered me another order which I was not happy about. But when I got there she refunded my money after talking to the top manager. So make sure you go to the top if the app screws you on its promised discounts! Oh but now there's more I told her I would take the roast beef with bacon but I'd pay for it. I was assuming she took the cost of the sandwich out of the money she refunded me of $13+change. So I got to work and realized there was no bacon on my sandwich which I told her I would pay for! I called twice and was hung up on. They picked up the phone on the 3rd phone call. I told her there was no bacon on my sandwich! She told me to come back and they would fix it. I told her I can't I'm at work. She exclaimed sarcastically "Well, what do you want me to do about it!". I said I want a refund or them to make it right, I paid for a sandwich with bacon! She proceeded to tell me she gave that sandwich for free! Well, why did I not get my $17.95 back? Read moreI ordered 2 beef and chedder sandwiches for 6 dollar's. I then proceeded to ask to hold the cheese sauce and the red ranch sauce and to please put both sauces on the side. With which I was then asked you want them on the side, but with attitude. So I proceeded home and to my surprise and dismay as if to spite me no cheese sauce and no red ranch. Also to top it off my large fry wasn’t full and looked like a medium. I didn’t even take any off the top on the way home. They were for my boy that was all he wanted some curly fries. So I call the store where Lucas informed me he’d replace one sandwich and the fries. I guess this clown is the general manager. When I pushed for the whole order he wouldn’t replace it then decided he would change his mind and replace none of it at all. His words loosely put we just made a mistake. Which I take it as to take a hike. Overall Arby’s is one of my favorite restaurants and this experience has led me to have to rethink spending my money with an establishment that doesn’t care that orders are not filled properly and willing to treat customers with disrespect. I have gone to this Arby’s on many occasions and have never been so insulted and do not plan on going back unless the corporate office does something to correct his behavior.
