Cheese Bliss — Restaurant in Eugene

We wanted a guilty pleasure grilled cheese after a long day at work and found this place on a quick search. My fiancee had their special of the day, and I had a little piece of heaven with Spam, an egg, and spicy mayo. The price to food ratio is spot on when they handed me a heavy, hot sandwich, with massive thick slices of Spam, and my fiancee's first bite had some of the highest quality bacon I have had in a while. Definitely coming back to try another of their well balanced menu, and the location is perfect. Parking can be tight, but you can order ahead for pickup, so that's hardly an issue. The lady taking our order was super friendly and we got our food in a nice timely manner. 100%...

It's difficult to describe how much I truly adore Dove and James. Especially since I don't really "know them" know them. Cheese Bliss has been my Go To for a while now (after decades of searching for the perfect grilled sammie). I can’t rave enough about this place- I’ve already recommended it to my Instagram followers! Easily the best grilled cheese I’ve had in town. Quality is always consistent, and I love that you can build your own, with great add-ons to pick from. But what makes this place even more special than offering delicious food, is that the owners are very sweet, and have created a very welcoming atmosphere.
