Platt Electric Supply — Local services in Eugene

At one time Platt was not only the best place to get parts for my company, but many of the staff were my friends. Now.. . Several times parts have been severely overpriced. They said it was a computer error, but it happened repeatedly on the same items. I'm talking $60 instead of $15) I believe Platt wad ententionally pricing this way to take advantage of companies not paying much attention to pricing. Now for the big one. Platt has REFUSED TO SELL PARTS EVEN FOR CASH to my company, and other companies I have spoken to. What sort of business holds SUCH A GRUDGE that they refuse service. We have never been anything but polite and communicative. Ever since the management change, I have refused to shop there even on a personal level. So sad, because I love the sales...
