It pains me to write this but I feel it’s important feedback. My partner and I have tried nearly all the Thai places in Eugene. We ordered within an hour of closing, so maybe the pad thai was an older batch from earlier in the day? Regardless, the Pad Thai noodles were dry and clumpy, and there were very few toppings. I felt like I was eating a congealed pile of noddles and tofu, nothing more. I love this food cart. The owner and everyone who works there are so friendly and have amazing customer service. The food is absolutely delicious! I have been going there 1 to 2 times a week, sometimes more, since they opened. I live really close and they are my favorite place to eat in South eugene. They're also opening another food cart!
