Raising Cane’s is a place that knows exactly what it’s about—chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, toast, coleslaw, and that famous Cane’s sauce. I stopped in recently, and overall, I had a really good experience that earned them four solid stars.
The food was the highlight of my visit. The chicken fingers were hot, fresh, and perfectly crispy on the outside while still juicy inside. You can tell they’re made to order because they didn’t have that “sitting under a heat lamp” taste or texture. The fries were seasoned just right, and when dipped in the sauce, they hit the spot. The Texas toast was buttery, warm, and had that golden crisp on the edges that made it more than just a side item—it actually felt like part of the meal. I also tried the coleslaw, and while it was fresh and crunchy, it’s not quite as exciting as the other items on the menu, though that might just come down to personal taste.
The Cane’s sauce definitely lives up to its reputation—it’s tangy, creamy, and savory all at once. Honestly, it pulls the whole meal together and makes every bite better. I can see why people rave about it.
The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept. Tables were wiped down quickly, the drink station was stocked and tidy, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The staff was polite and friendly, greeting customers as they came in, and they seemed genuinely upbeat. The only reason I didn’t give a full five stars is that the service, while friendly, was a little on the slower side. It wasn’t a huge wait, but a bit longer than what I usually expect from a fast-casual spot like this.
All in all, Raising Cane’s is consistently good at what they do. They don’t overcomplicate the menu, and because of that, they’ve mastered their specialty. If you’re in the mood for chicken fingers and comfort food sides done right, this is definitely a place...
Read moreI went here with my boss after a good days work. We were very exhausted and hungry. My boss has a speech impediment and has an issue ordering at restaurants. In addition, I am on a dirty keto diet, and order the chicken tenders naked-bird style (which is kind of a funny order). Luckily, Sheqinah (who was working the register) was very patient and listened carefully to ensure the order was correct. Sheqinah’s excellent customer service made the experience nice and easy. Furthermore, the food was absolutely delicious. Everything came out hot and fresh, and tasted great. Uriah was the cook responsible for our delicious food, and he made sure that it came out to us quickly. Uriah’s amazing cooking skills, combined with his great customer service also made the experience very pleasant. Big THANK YOU to Uriah and Sheqinah for the work they do. They made our experience one to remember. Will definitely recommend this particular location...
Read moreOrdered 1 simple kids meal. When I got to the cashier window, she took my payment and then look confused looking for my food. One of her coworkers told her that my food was already handed out to the car ahead of me. She told me to park in front of the building and someone would bring out my order. I waited for 7 minutes and watched the entire line behind me leave. I got tired of waiting so I walked inside to ask them what’s taking so long for 1 kids meal, and it turns out it was sitting on the counter and someone forgot to bring it out to me. Extremely irritated. It wasn’t even a complicated order, just 1 kids meal. Customer service should be...
