The Yellow Bucket Fried Tacos — Restaurant in Eureka Springs

If you are anywhere near Eureka Springs you have to come see Brandi at The Twisted Taco! We had their sweet potato and black bean taquito with this amazing cream sauce that went so perfect with her homemade salsa and the Gose-Rita offered by the Gotahold brewery. We also got their beef taco platter that came with chips and salsa - oh my gawd - Brandi’s salsa - it’s so good! You can sit outside or sit inside. Bathrooms are clean, service is great, food is to die for! Samples of the beer brewed on site are available! We also got her loaded twisted fries… Hallelujah! Brandi put our chips and salsa in sealed to go containers. Yes - the service was great, which is really hard to find anymore. I could go on and on… but I am going to go play cornhole, or horseshoes, or take a hike, all these things are also offered on site! We haven’t even left and we can’t wait to...

This place is absolutely phenomenal from the service (owners) to the food to the atmosphere...oh my goodness. We had the beef & potato taco with avocado lime sauce, the chicken taco with ranch sauce, the sweet potato & black bean taquito, the chicken taquito, and chips and queso. All of the sauces are amazing. The queso was a bit spicier than we like, but it was so good as a dipping sauce for our taquitos. I couldn't pick just one sauce for those things, so I had a whole queso, avocado lime, and ranch situation going on. The owners are amazing and knowledgeable about their menu. The atmosphere is lovely with the food truck being on the same site as the Gotahold brewery, which has a Beer Forest with outdoor seating, games, and a lovely tree-lined view. Stupendous! Absolutely stupendous in every way. Brande and her husband (Jason, I think!) were super fun and fabulous, and the food was to die for, especially those Tacos! OMG! They are so good we've booked them to cater our Wedding next year. I'd give them 20 Stars if I could. They were easy to work with, always quick to reply when we called, and again, the food is so yummy. If you are just passing through Eureka Springs, or need catering, you should stop by Gotahold Brewing Co. to see them and order some delicious Tacos, or get a cup of the amazing Beer Chili, or just get your fill with the crunchy chips and fresh made salsa.
