We were a little disappointed in this place. We booked for our honeymoon and for the price thought it would be a bit better. First, they were not expecting guests despite us making reservations on the business' own website weeks prior. The woman in the main house just happened to be staying there unexpectedly. She was the one redeeming part of the stay. She was super friendly and apologetic even though she is not part of the business. Understandably during Covid they are doing a no contact check in and they were supposed to text a code when the room was ready. Needless to say we didn't get it since they weren't expecting us. After hanging around town waiting all day we went to the main house where the woman gave us access to the room. We finally got a text at 5pm telling us we could have checked in at 1. We paid extra for the bread basket breakfast. There was 1 slice per person per morning which would have been OK but not really worth the price even if they had been edible. They were so stale we threw them away. Not sure how long they had been in the room. But they probably shouldn't advertise as a Bed and Breakfast if they continue this practice of paying extra for "breakfast." Having said all that the grounds are pretty, the room was clean enough, atmosphere and jacuzzi were relaxing and nice. However, with all the lodging options in Eureka Springs, we will choose another next time and probably save a fair amount of money...

Kathy and Steve are the most wonderful people. If we visit again we will most definitely stay with them. It was a last minute trip, everyone was full, but I am so glad The Rock Cottage Garden Inn and Wedding chapel had a room available. We had an amazing experience. Minutes before we arrived I called and asked for the Anniversary Package, of coarse I didn't expect it to be available but was hoping it was because we really wanted massages and with a nice dessert in the room. Kathy is so wonderful she did everything she could to make sure we got massages and some sweets in our room. She baked us Cheesecake and made us chocolate covered strawberries with fresh flowers and champagne our second night there. She is simply amazing. I cannot put to words how truly wonderful Kathy and Steve are. our dessert went well to end the night. You wouldn't believe the size of their Jacuzzi Tub in the cottage. Did I mention the breakfast, talk about delicious, plus we got some snacks and drinks upon arrival. I am so in love with this place and I only stayed 2 nights. We have stayed at many places during our travels but have never had an experience like we did staying with Kathy and Steve.
