On Tuesday July 6th I visited this location. There was a very long drive thru line and inside access was not offered. I waited nonetheless. My order was wrong when I checked it ( had cheese and I requested none )… I handed it back and said I need that with no cheese. The young man walked away & handed me my second bag along with my iced coffee… he slammed the window shut as if I made him angry. I had to honk to get my straw. I pull away to find they have me ANOTHER double CHEESEBURGER. I could not go inside & had no time to wait in the drive thru line AGAIN so I walked up to the window. It’s there I was greeted by a rude woman who seemingly wanted to argue with me that the McDouble has cheese so I then told her JUST GIVE ME A DOUBLE HAMBURGER with no cheese like I ordered it. She snipped back with I’LL GIVE YOU A REFUND. Slammed AND LOCKED the window giving me no further instructions. I assumed to wait on their patio. A few minutes later she comes to door with attitude as if I did something wrong. I was agitated and I snatched the money from her hand & said thank you. She then proceeded to say I was being recorded! For WHAT??? Another woman ( employee ) approached from inside & I opened the door saying I put no hands on her for her to treat me as if I were hostile. I was upset yes, but far from threatening. I walked away & called the store to speak to HER supervisor & learned this rude woman had recently been promoted to manager. I’d bet that only happened because all fast food restaurants are seemingly short staffed these days because she did not possess managerial qualities. She SHOULD HAVE offered me a refund AND make my order right… but she didn’t. Her name is Iesha ( eye-ee-sha ) … to top that all off, there’s a fruit fly bug in my iced coffee!!! I’ll never go...
Read moreOn 05/06/2023 I had an issue with a mobile order. I called this location that afternoon and spoke with the manager Cherlynn ( I may not be spelling that correctly my sincere apologies) . She was very pleasant to deal with, had manors when speaking and great customer service skills! She told me she would refund me & I could come in the following day 05/07/2023 since I was already a town over. I wish I had the pleasure of dealing with miss Cherlynn when I came to get the refund on 05/07/2023, however that wasn't the case. When we arrived I placed an order thru the drive thru as that's the only available way to order actively. I handed Caiden, whom was very kind and very pleasant to deal with my payment and stated I would need to speak to the manager as I also needed to pick up a refund for a mobile order. I want to add Caidens name tag clearly states he's a minor, which is important later on. Caiden promptly got his Manager miss Sherri and return to the window with her. I will spare you the entire detail of my interaction with miss Sherri and just share the needed points. The way miss Sherri spoke to Caiden ( in person ) and miss Cherlynn ( via phone) was both degrading and demeaning. She spoke with a foul tone to both her coworkers showing no respect for them. Not only did she speak to her coworkers as so, but she spoke to me with such lack of manors and care it was disturbing. She made it very apparent to me the customer she thought very low of her coworkers skills and efficiency. She also made it very clear she didn't care that I had an issue with the way she was speaking to Caiden ( a minor), Cherilynn and I.

Read moreThere wasn't enough staffing. The PLAIN burgers I ordered were not plain. Health and food handling procedures have not been followed. There is no reason for a PLAIN ordered burger to have anything on it or the wrapper, much less cooked onions. This is a regular issue at this location. The number to call and speak with anybody does not get answered, and does not have an option for voicemail. Tried calling after getting back to work with food and didn't have time to go backdue to limited time for lunch. It shouldn't be difficult to make a plain burger, nor should the workers be picking up the patties with their hands while their gloves are covered in onions. I understand things get busy, but if they're not changing gloves and other food is ending up on a plain order they are not cleaning or washing hands often enough for it to be safe. It also shows that regardless of how your order your meal there is no care if it is right or not. If you have common allergens and usually order your food plain do not order from here, they cannot reliably make the orders to how they are supposed...
