Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Eustis

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ELLIANOS COFFEE IS JUST DOWN THE ROAD AND HAS BETTER DEALS. Lets me start by saying I was a customer of scooters everyday since it opened in Eustis. Sadly tho this Scooters has lost its prestige and any chance of a good cup of joe; if your not on their goodside. Favoritism is very apparent at this establishment. Brought my complaints to the manager (Jessica). She spun the story on me. Jessica tells me her employees claim I was the problem after I told her a few employees were treating me unfairly and not making my drink correctly. I still believe they did this becuase they think I'm Jewish. She claims the employees say I yelled at her employees which is completely a false statement, and easily disproved by looking at her cameras to confirm this was a lie. I also brought to her attention I had brought this to their corporate attention when she informed be she doesn't care becuase she OWNS the store and it wouldn't matter. Faluire in customer service all the way around. I will never return to this establishment. You could find better customer service from a robot. Looking through the reviews after I posted mine. Im not the only person who experienced this, I believe as others this is a customer...

Love trying all the new spots and was excited for a drive thru coffee. Sad to see another big corporate franchise, but that’s okay. Still excited to try it! First drink was a peppermint mocha with an extra shot. VERY sweet, couldn’t taste the coffee and I couldn’t finish it. Second drink I tried the turtle, this time half sweet and an extra shot. It was still on the sweet side and the coffee had a weak taste. I’m surprised, because they use Monin products, which I use at home. I also didn’t get any pick-me-up from the coffee either.

I tried them a third time and got a white mocha, also half sweet with an extra shot. This one wasn’t terrible, but there are definitely better local coffee spots. At least the coffee wasn’t burnt tasting like Starbucks and the staff was super friendly every time! Their customer service gets them more stars than I would’ve...

Coffee is soooo good! I’m a Starbucks fan but lately the pieces have kept going up (just like everything else) and coffee has started tasting burnt almost… but this coffee from Scooters was amazing! My first time i ordered for the family. The peanut butter iced frappe is creamy and not icy like Starbucks. Oat milk vanilla latte hot was 10/10. The sugar cookie with the cream cheese icing was 10/10. Great customer service too with Sky the manager! She’s so sweet and we started talking after she complimented my nails and told her about my nail salon, she recommended a refresher that taste like prickly pear and it it’s 10/10! Guess I’m making the daily switch...
