I had a bad experience because the guy at countertop was extremely rude. One girl was waiting in front of us for 10 minutes while he made a smoothie, then after that time he turned around and said that she’d have to wait another 10 minutes because he still had orders. Why he didn’t tell us about the wait time earlier? We waited for our turn and I asked to add another protein to my smoothie, to which he said that they don’t do that and then said that it’d cost extra. It’s funny sometimes how some places show off their cheapness😅 Put price tags for the types of protein if you already have them on the shelf. These are all the details that cost your reputation. A friend recommended me this place for their smoothies, so I found there's one in Evanston, which is the closest to me, I placed an online order for three acai bowls with selected ingredients, after I picked the order I went back home but was disappointed after found out the order was missing ingredients, specially the ones I paid extra for, the smoothies are delicious but they are not cheap, the 20 oz. with the extra ingredients were over $20 each, so you expect to get what you pay for, not less. This week I visited the Deep Purpl and was blown away by the quality of their açaí! The flavors were incredibly rich, and the fruit toppings were so fresh. I loved the variety of toppings available, from granola to coconut flakes—each bite was perfection!

The staff Thaina and Paulinho was super friendly and helpful, and my order came out quickly. The place has a vibrant, cozy vibe, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a healthy treat.
