Getting really angry with Pizza Hut right now! Their online contact us isn’t working because the page just constantly reloads… I ordered from the restaurant yesterday evening at 951 Howard St and selected contactless curbside. I arrived at my selected time and clicked the “I’m here” button. After 10 minutes waiting in my car I called the store to ask when my order will be out and was told “we didn’t know you were here”. What’s the point of having to click that button if they aren’t notified? They finally came out and put the food in my trunk. I get to the event I was attending as I was in charge of bringing the food and find out I’m missing part of my order. I called the restaurant and had the most annoying conversation of my life with one of your team members. I told them “hey I was just there and someone forgot to bring out part of my order and I’m not going back up there so just refund me for the items that were missing” to then be told “we aren’t allowed to issue refunds and your only option is to get a credit” first off, that’s illegal to not offer a refund for items you never gave someone as that’s literal theft. I’m tempted to just dispute the entire transaction through my card issuer and make you eat that loss. I told your employee that no I will not accept a credit and that I demand a refund as it wasn’t my error and I don’t live near that store so refund my card for what was missing!!! She then tells me well according to her store/area manager I have to bring my entire order back if I want a refund for the one item I never got. PLEASE TELL ME HOW THAT MAKES ANY SENSE?!?!? I told that employee to have that manager reach out to me and I have just been ignored. If I don’t get a response today I’m disputing the entire charge...

Order at 730 with an estimated delivery of 800. Called at 900 to check on the status. Told there is no order in the system for me. I have an email confirmation and a charge on my card to show otherwise. Called back again, system hung up on me multiple times after 20+ minute waits. Called again to place a new order to try to just talk to someone, got ahold of someone and explained the situation. Told to hold while they contact the store. After 10 minutes on hold, was transferred to the automated system where again, the call was disconnected. Sent customer service an email saying I fell like Pizza Hut stole from me as they charged me for an order they said never occurred. Got dinner from a local, non corporate place. Pizza Hut driver shows up as I get the food from the other place. I explained to the driver we were told by the restaurant that they had no order in the system from us. Driver explained that was an excuse because they were behind. Sent the order back and asked for refund.
Now the opinion part of this review.
I understand things aren’t perfect all the time and mistakes happen. This was no mistake, we were fed a blatant lie from a large corporation who can’t get their system under control.
At least the driver was honest.
Stop supporting large corporations, stick to local business. These large entities need to start feeling pain.

I ordered a delivery of 2 single topping medium pizzas, a double order of bread sticks, and boneless wings with buffalo sauce. The good arrived approximately 15 minutes past the highest estimate the store gave me. The food was not warm, but the food was burnt. Both of the pizzas we're burnt, the bread sticks we're burnt and so dry they were difficult to eat, and the wings were also burnt and did not come with the sauce at all. The crust on the pizza was not as good as it had been at similar Pizza Hut restaurants, and later that night everyone who ate from our order had upset stomachs. After reading some other reviews of this location, it seems that this location may be on a downward slope as of late.
