I’ve stopped at this location a couple times, while in Evansville for other errands. I have really enjoyed the drinks I’ve gotten—notably, the cherry lemonade punch, as suggested by an employee. While I’ve never had a bad experience here, I was a little upset in seeing that one employee was doing all the work, while what I’m assuming was an owner or manager, was on their phone the entire time. I too am in management, and being willing to help the frontline workers who keep things moving on a day to day basis is incredibly important. For their morale as well as the customers’ satisfaction. I haven’t tried anything from the food menu yet, though I would love to see at least a few vegan options added at some point. I have a several friends in the area I like to dine with, including a few who follow a vegan diet. I think they would otherwise really enjoy the atmosphere here, but would be put off by the lack of menu items they could actually try. All the staff are amazing and are very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate the kindness and helpful opinion when I had trouble picking what to order. Also love the vibe and color of the store and hope they can expand to my city in Henderson ky. Love the free cold bags and was grateful they had items for my 2 year old niece. I was even able to get my niece acute bear cup to put her milk strawberry tea in. She’s totally gonna love this. I can’t wait to give it to her and it’s dairy free, which she can’t drink dairy so this is totally gonna be amazing. I can’t wait to see her look on her face. This place used to be a lot better, the employees look and give off a miserable vibe that portrays poor customer service because they do not seem to be friendly unless they know the person. I received no word of communication the last time I was there. No greetings. The customer behind me seemed to be friends with the cashier and after their polite and friendly conversation, she quickly got her boba right away, while I waited 7 minutes without a single conversation except for my order.
