At 7 pm on a Monday. 10/ 29 I had an horrible experience. I ordered a thin crust light pizza. He said it would be 6.50, I gave seven. He said it would take 10 minutes I sat down. He said your change is 50 cent. I said you can put it in the dish. The so call manager came up and said I need to charge you more because it’s extra for light sauce. I said why? He said because that’s the way they do it. I said I’m not paying extra not only because that’s silly but because he didn’t tell me that in the start. I asked why didn’t the other guy say that in the beginning? He said that because the employee was new. I refused to pay not because I didn’t have the money, it was the principal. Even a kid came up and he said he would pay I said know. They should of trained the employee. Then I asked for the district managers number. He first refused, then gave me corporate number. I said I don’t have to pay for something you told me the price already. He said “I don’t have to make nothing for you either” I said you know what that’s fine. Your taking my money and not giving me my food. That is called stealing and walked out. How dare they treat people like this. The manger probably did this because I was dark. I know so many people are against people who have color. Get this I can tell that the gentleman was a minority. It ain’t just white people who are racist it’s even people of similar ethnic backgrounds of you! Don’t go hear stay a away they treated me like a bum. Had a hostile tone and...
Read moreI came in thirty minutes before they closed and they refused to make my order which was literally 1 thin crust peperoni and sausage. My significant other is a type 1 diabetic and regualr crust has a negative impact on his blood sugar so we have to do thin. I had been trying to call the store for 30 minutes before I even came down here to place an order so I could just pick it up and go. Diego told me the only pizza we could get was what they already had made and who knows how long that had been sitting in there. I'm sure if my money was on a card and I ordered online they would have had no problem making my order but I only had cash so I couldn't order online. So not only did I have to pay for a pizza I didn't even want, he showed no customer service skills, did not offer anything to make up for the inconvenience, and was extremely careless. I've been in customer service for the last 20 years. I could see if I came in 5 minutes before closing why they wouldn't make a pizza but 30 minutes before, that is insane. I come here at least once a week for myself or my family (already more than one should lol) and have NEVER had such a horrible experience or dealt with an employee with no empathy or customer service skills whatsoever. Thank you for forcing a diabetic to eat what you decided and not what the customer wanted. I will take my money elsewhere...
Read moreI've frequently ordered from this store, but will have to find an alternative going forward. The store is dishonest in that it took money but didn't provide the products paid for.
I can understand snafus and issues, but can't abide by a business taking my money, not providing goods paid for, and then having the self-identified store manager basically telling me to get bent.
I ordered and paid for pizza, bread sticks, and a 2-Liter Mountain Dew for delivery on 06/19/2024. Delivery was on time but the order was missing the 2-Liter Mountain Dew. Customer Support calls involved Door Dash and the store blaming each other and claiming that the other was responsible for any adjustments, with neither meeting its obligation of providing goods and services paid for or adjusting the charges.
The premise is pretty basic folks. The business makes a profit by charging a reasonable price for goods and providing reasonable service levels, even for small amounts such as a $3 bottle of Mountain Dew. If it doesn't provide the food and takes the money, the business is involved in theft.
I'll probably dispute the charges and maybe even raise a small claims just to make the point...
