I’ve ate at Bento Factory for over 10 years, and I don’t know why it took me so long to write a review.

First and foremost, the quality of the ingredients and how they are prepared is always top notch here. The gyoza is always piping hot, perfectly crispy, and wonderfully balanced in filling. All the teriyaki and stir fry items are always delicious, without an excess amount of sauce to drown the meat (not too little either).

The service is always warm and pleasant, even through different staff who I’ve encountered through the years. The lady up front currently is so friendly. Service is always lightning fast, too, which is a big plus.

Finally, the atmosphere is very laid back, but refined, and most importantly… CLEAN. Some places you go to, you’ll find boxes, sauce jars, etc. scattered everywhere… NOT HERE! They do a great job of maintaining a very pleasant dine-in ambience, where you don’t feel in a rush to eat and leave.

All in all, I would 100% recommend coming here to satisfy your next...

Review based the teriyaki only - Not very bueno at all. Reminds me a lot of teriyaki in Texas where they don't know how to make it at all. As far as yaki goes, it's pretty much cover your eyes and point up here - it's all pretty good. But there are exceptions to every rule and this is it. The sauce is thickened (corn starch) and the flavor is very tepid. Chicken was dry by comparison to just about any hole-in-the-wall joint around. Sticky rice was decent but have also had better. Spent a good amount of time trying to figure out what about it didn't stack up and couldn't quite distill it into words.
