White Lotus Restaurant — Restaurant in Everett

We ate here on a Sunday past noon, almost 1pm. We were in a hury just to have something to eat before we head home to watch the football game. We came from Costco to do some shopping. My last meal was like 6 to 7 hours ago so at that time, we were already very hungry. I in particular am very very hungry. So, I believe everyone can relate to the saying that when you are hungry, any food will taste good. But this is not the case here. The food that was served to me seems like it was fried then smothered with some kind of bottled sauce. There is no flavor to it, just salty. I ate only half of it. The lady who took our order, who also serves was frowning the whole time we were there. Her tone of voice was rude even when she said welcome after I thanked her after she served our food. The floor was dirty. The tables and chairs are sticky. When we got home, I felt like I was gonna get sick. I regretted dining out. I asked my wife for a cup of coffee so I can drink something hot thinking that would help me feel better. And the thing is, I hardly drink coffee especially in the afternoon. Giving two stars in this review is just being generous in my part. I went there once, refused to go back, because it was filthy. Went and gave it a second chance, and it was ok, service was ok. Went there tonight, got food to go, my hubby ordered the chicken/beef extra spicy teriyaki, I orders the 6p, and a chicken pho for someone at home. There was NO beef in the teriyaki order, so very little chicken, the lady didn't label the broth for chicken and for beef, so it got mixed up, and the spring rolls? Nothing short of brown old soggy lettuce......

Was a regular there, one day I tipped the lady ( young with glasses) $2 which I guess wasn’t enough for her even tho she didn’t check on me at all didn’t refill my water just dropped off the food without speaking the entire time. Every time after I went she had horrible attitude. everyone else there is awesome but you’re giving attitude to a 17 year old for not tipping you as much as you wanted for doing NOTHING?...
