This was the worst Service that I have ever experienced. I called in my order since I know it can take time to have pizza's made. I only ordered 1 pepperoni pizza and was told it would be 15 minutes. So I did some shopping at Costco while I waited.
Half an hour goes by I come out to get my pizza. I walk up the pizza pick up stand counter, and there was someone already waiting to talk to the guy at the cut table The person cutting the pizza was ignoring both of us, and when he got close enough he told the guy to hold on, then proceed to cut the last of the pizzas coming out of the oven.
After a couple of minutes he pulls out a 6-8 pizza order. Then proceeds to tell the person with the huge order that for these kind of orders it is best to call and give advanced notice so they can plan it ahead and now they've fallen behind.
Once the big order was gone, instead of talking to anyone to give updated times, or get a proper order of operations, he turned around waiting for the pizza to come out of the oven, which i could see it was halfway through. When he walked near me, he told me to wait and that it was going to be a minute. I have told him I called it 45 minutes prior but he ignored me as he waited for the pizza's to come.
As the pizza's come out and he cuts and boxes them and places them above in the hot hold. He finally tries to address everyone about the wait.
At this point I am mad because I was told 15 minutes and it turned into 45 minutes, and I understand that things happen but when you are constantly being ignored with no updates is not okay.
So I ask him loud enough for him to hear me "What's the point to calling in orders if we aren't going to get them in time." He responds with "That's why I am trying to let you know now." I step back since it was clear that I was going to be waiting. It was literally a second later when he finally called my number. As I approach he says to me "See you're fussing for nothing."
I get that I may not have been a ray of sunshines while I was waiting, but that wasn't a way for anyone in customer service should address someone in these situations.
So after he made that comment I turned back and said "there's plenty to fuss about when no one tries to actually talk to customers and make them wait." So I finally leave go home to eat.
Here's the kicker my pizza tasted like it sat in the hot hold for a while, so not only was i waiting for a while my food not being fresh was just a big slap in my face.
My order was placed on Thursday Evening at 4:34 pm. I left Costco at 5:34.
I understand that a wait time isn't always exact, and yes it sucked to have to wait longer then I was originally told because of a huge order.
If my pizza was fresh, and there have been better I wouldn't leave have to give a 1 star.
Please Everett Costco Food Court work on your customer service and stop ignoring...
Read moreThe foods great, although I never had the recently added chocolate chip cookies and I heard they were like $2 for like 1 or 2 big cookies so it's average for a cookie. From what I've heard it's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside so I'm excited to try it when I do. They're kind of like grandma cookies. I mainly get the ice creams and they always slapp, I could never have enough of that, it'll never get old fr. Especially the newer strawberry one bro that one is 🤌🤌. Their ice cream is soo super soft. They're pizzas too are really good. One tike there was a lot of oil which I didn't like that much but pizza is pizza I'll always eat it. I do prefer domino's pizza though. Ive only had the cheese one and it is a delicacy. The sizes are very nice and big. As for the churros, I absolutely love them. I could eat them everyday of the week because they're so good. It's so crispy and crunchy on the outside and the inside is so so soft and tastes so good. One time it was burnt and I told them even after eating like half of it before I couldn't bear it anymore and they gave me a brand new delicious one free of charge. That's one reason the service is very good, another reason is they didn't have power because there was a blackout as of yesterday from today, the day I'm posting this and guess what- so I called them before I realized they didn't have power and they answered almost immediately and told us they didn't have power so that was cool. As for atmosphere, the people there I don't mind but it's just the place itself, the floor is cement, it's like outside and can be very cold to wait for your food, the tables and chairs seem cheap, it's pretty small for the amount of people ordering so it's kind of packed, and it takes a little bit to get your order. If you don't want to wait tho you can call them and order it before...
Read moreThe food court is conveniently outside so it is faster to get your food. More screens to order with than the Lake Stevens Costco, although I'm not sure if non-members can eat there. The food doesn't take too long. You can go inside and shop for a while if you order a pizza, or and wait outside. There are plenty of chairs and tables to eat at, although not as many as the Lake Stevens Costco. Other things are prepared faster such as the hotdog and ice cream. The food tastes delicious and is actually very affordable, due to Costco not adjusting their prices for inflation because of a contract made by the owner years ago. The portion sizes are big, and the menu could be expanded a little but the food choices are all universally eaten by most people in America. There aren't many vegan or vegetarian options though. The drink choices are standard and includes drinks like root beer, lemonade, and water and includes an ice machine. Overall...
