I went to the Burger King at 9803 19th Ave in Everett, WA on Thursday, July 31, 2025. I ordered the Whopper Jr BBQ Brisket Burger combo, regular size, with heavy pickles, and a lemonade. I was asked if l wanted sauce. I said tarter sauce, ketchup, and ranch. I get up to the window, pay for my food, and check the bag. No sauce. I ask for the tarter sauce. The employee states that he put the tarter sauce on the Burger. I told the employee I wanted the sauce for my fries. He offered to remake the Burger. On the request of the employee, I handed my order back through the window. I was told to pull around front. I did. I waited for 5 minutes, longer than it took to make my original order. I met the employee at the front door. I looked in the bag, pulled out a fry, and noticed they were cold, so I went up to the counter and asked for new fries. I received fries from the basket, already sitting in the warming tray. I drove home, it took 40 minutes in traffic. When I pulled out my Burger, I noticed it was a Whopper Jr with cheese. It was also sloppily made. Heavy pickles also apparently means three. I also received one sauce, ranch. I called the restaurant. The employee who talked to me gave me the order number and ID. She couldn't reimburse my credit card or issue a gift card. They could only remake the Burger. I wasn't driving another hour and a half. I looked up Burger King to get a corporate number or customer service. I couldn't find anything. I did find a website that allows you to input your information and someone will contact you. A Burger King employee, Jessica, did contact me. Over multiple emails, I told Jessica what happened. I provided the location address and phone number, my order, order number and ID, how I purchased, and a screenshot of the transaction from my bank app. I didn't have the receipt, as the original employee who helped me did not put it in the bag or hand it to me. After all that, I was told that they couldn't help me, but they have forwarded my experience to the franchisee owner and management team. I don't feel like the employees at the restaurant in Everett cared about their customers and it doesn't seem like corporate does either. I included the two pictures I took of my Burger. Does that look appetizing? No, it does not. That is the remade Burger, which ended up being a Whopper Jr. I used to love Burger King. Now it is overpriced and the quality and customer service are...
Read moreThis is a review as much as it is a helping hand for the team.
Been open for just over a week now. And I've mostly gone to the drive-thru.
But the kiddos wanted to eat inside. So this is our tale of eating inside the new BK on Evergreen way, across from Fred Meyer.
Firstly, the manager seemed out of place. Dressed in a suit with 2 watches on (one gold) and was very focused on getting drive-thru times down. And while he was leading by example, and helping during the busiest time (dinner). He was also bypassing paying attention to anything other than drive-thru.
In the pics, you'll see that there weren't any lids for our cups. And when I asked the cashier for some lids, she went to go find them after assisting the customer she was with.
Which is when the manager said, ignore the lids and help get these orders out the window.
I even explained that I was the customer that asked for the lids. And asked if he was the manager (which was obvious by the way he dressed) but still.
He replied yes, I explained that I asked for the lids, he asked how many. I asked for 4, and he grabbed them from the drive-thru area, before returning to focusing on those orders.
As a previous fast food worker and manager.
I get it, drive-thru times are how you as the manager get your pay/bonuses.
So while some might say that I'm going to look down on the employees or how the manager ran his store.
This is simply a cry for help for them, along with the review. So, if you're in Everett, and need work. And don't mind working in the fast food industry.
This place needs help, they...
Read morePlaced a mobile order at 630am. Chose to pick order up from inside because I was walking to the restaurant not driving. Upon arrival at about 645 the store looked dark and empty. Checked google to make sure they were even open that early and according to google they open at 6am. Went to the door. Door was locked. At this point others were showing up wanting their hash browns and coffee too. Since I walked I didn’t want to walk back home empty handed. So I called the restaurant. I was I let them know I placed a mobile order and I walked up there thinking ok maybe they will get the hint. I was told they would open in 15 mins that they were short staffed. 15 mins rolls by. Customers are getting served in the drive thru. Another 15 mins rolls by and I’m still standing outside starting to freeze. It was a lil chilly. Finally at 750 an employee starts turning in the lights in the dining room thinking dang it’s about damn time. Only to my surprise I was completely ignored. No hey I’m sorry give us a lil more time. NOTHING!! At 810 I am finally let inside only to be told it would be 5 mins for my food to cook. Ok cool I waited this long. No problem. No surprise at all when 15 mins later I was FINALLY receiving my food. By the time I got home it was 9am. I started this journey at 630 with the mistake of a mobile order and not owning a vehicle to drive up there. Burger King. Please do better. It should never take anyone 2.5 hours to get some hashbrowns that were...
