Took my daughter and my wife to see the new Transformers movie at the Everett Mall. So now they have it, so you buy the ti keys for the movies at the concession stand where you buy the popcorn and soda. So I walk up to the worker and ask if this is where I buy tickets for the movie. He said yes, and I told him that I needed three tickets to see the Transformers. Two adults and one child. He then informed me that there was no child ticket available and all tickets were the same price. I was like, "Really?". He said the tickets are all the same price and had an attitude. Oh yeah, the guy that helped me, his name was Arthur. He seemed to have an attitude with me for some reason. I do not know why, but he was very rude and acted like I was beneath him, and I was bothering him. That is at least what it felt like to me. Either way, he was rude and unprofessional, at the very least. So he rang me up and told me the price, which was pretty pricey for a Friday afternoon movie for me and my family. It was 39.15. I asked him if they took cash, and he said, "No. Credit or Debit only. " I told him it was a good thing I asked, and I handed him my card. He ran it, and it was declined, so I told him to hold on, let me push some cash into my account. He started to act impatient like I was holding the lineup. Let me tell you though, there were only about 5 people in the lobby, and none of them were in line to buy something. I took my tickets and my receipt and went to wait for my girls to get done taking photos in the picture booth. They got done and then went to buy something from the concession stand, and the person who helped her was Arthur. I was sitting by the video games and could see them. He was really nice to my wife and daughter. When my wife went to pay, she asked him if they took cash. He said yes we do come down here, and I will take care of you." So my wife went down to the other cash register and paid cash. I was up and out of my seat, and I said to him, "Didn't you just tell me that you did not accept cash? Yet you just took cash from my wife, He looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. I was so mad I just walked away and grabbed my receipt and started to do the customer survey. I could not believe that the worker just lied to me. I can tell you that everything there is super costly. Our large sprite, cause for some reason they do not sell Coke, was 11 bucks. The popcorn was expensive as well, but it was good. The rest of the workers did not act like Arthur did towards me. They were actually helpful and courteous. The movie was good, I am not a fan of the movies, just the original cartoons, but the movie was pretty good. I recommend the movie, but I do not recommend asking Arthur...

My recent visit to Regal Everett was a mixed bag, but ultimately a positive experience, especially for the kids! First off, the cinema itself was commendably clean. It's always a relief to walk into a well-maintained movie theater, and Regal Everett definitely delivers on that front. The common areas and restrooms all seemed to be in good order. However, the seating left a bit to be desired. While functional, they felt a bit lackluster in terms of comfort. They weren't the plush, reclining seats you find in some newer theaters, which can make a long movie a bit of a challenge. An upgrade to more comfortable seating would significantly improve the experience. On a brighter note, the popcorn was excellent! Perfectly popped and fresh, it was exactly what you want for a movie snack. The kind service at the concession stand and throughout the theater was also appreciated, making for a smooth and pleasant visit. The real highlight for my kids was getting free posters after the movie. They were absolutely thrilled about this unexpected bonus, and it really added to their excitement about the whole outing. Overall, Regal Everett offers a clean environment, great popcorn, and friendly staff. While the seating could use an update, the positive aspects, especially the kid-friendly perks, make it a solid choice for a...
Read moreWent to see Fate of the Furious on Sunday. Movie was probably great, but I couldn't really tell over the screaming toddler in front of me. For two and a half hours. It's already unbelievable that a toddler would be watching this movie, but her parents let her run up and down the aisle, kick around her booster seat, and watch youtube videos of dogs on a smartphone the entire time. About 1.5 hrs in, after everyone in my row had politely asked the mother to calm her kid down or take her into the hall, I finally gave in and stepped out to talk to an employee about the situation. I asked one of the ladies who checks tickets, I told her everything that was happening and how people across the theater would shout for them to be quiet,, and she said she would handle it. I gave her exactly where the small family was sitting (they had the whole row to themselves) and went back in myself. Although the occasional employee would walk down the side aisle to sign some log by the EXIT sign, nobody did A SINGLE THING to help. They ignored a kid in one of the front rows with a glaring bright cell phone, running around and talking away. I am horribly disappointed in their customer service, and lack follow-through. We all know it could easily cost $50 for two to go to a movie with some snacks, and it was all a waste. The drive to the Alderwood theater...
