Distany cut my hair, i had very bad experience ULTA salon in Everett Mall. I thought they are very professional because they are giving training and certification for people. I am customer for ULTA since 2010, I love their products, and have great customer service on different branches in Washington. But could be the person who cut my hair, have 0 experience of hair cut; ( I wish I could upload the pictures for my hair and who she damaged my hairs)? I am not able to fixing my hairs because she cut it very short, I need to wait for another year to fixed my hair 💇‍♀️

I went here today to buy just one small item and was treated very poorly by the cashier (receipt says "Monet"). She scanned my item and told me to enter my phone number for rewards, to which I said "no thank you," and she asked me if I wanted to sign up for their rewards program. I again said "no thank you" and she insistently asked if I had any friends or family members with an account, I once again said no, and she continued pressuring me with "you could get a free item." When I said no again, she treated me coldly and essentially ignored me for the rest of the transaction. I have worked retail before and I would NEVER treat a customer this way. This is not the first time I've been treated rudely in this store, but it was absolutely the worst. Besides this, I was also made uncomfortable when the cashier told her coworker, in front of me and several other customers, that she was "trying not to hurt [her]self" because she had to sort some inventory. Again, I have worked in retail for years. I, and many people I know, would never say something like that in front of customers.
