I am customer for ULTA since 2010, I love their products, and have great customer service on different branches in Washington. She scanned my item and told me to enter my phone number for rewards, to which I said "no thank you," and she asked me if I wanted to sign up for their rewards program. I again said "no thank you" and she insistently asked if I had any friends or family members with an account, I once again said no, and she continued pressuring me with "you could get a free item." When I said no again, she treated me coldly and essentially ignored me for the rest of the transaction. I have worked retail before and I would NEVER treat a customer this way. This is not the first time I've been treated rudely in this store, but it was absolutely the worst. Besides this, I was also made uncomfortable when the cashier told her coworker, in front of me and several other customers, that she was "trying not to hurt [her]self" because she had to sort some inventory. Again, I have worked in retail for years. I, and many people I know, would never say something like that in front of customers.
