Ordered ahead. After waiting several minutes, finally inquired about order. Then was the wrong order. Sent it back, they reused the cup, overfilled it so when they handed it to me, it spilled. Still not what I ordered. Again dumped out part of the coffee and added more ingredients. Then tried to give to another customer. Result was a less than desirable coffee. I felt bad for one of the workers. She looked confused the entire time I stood there waiting. The worker needs more training and the gentleman also could use some customer service training. Read moreTLDR; Modern dunkin donuts. Fresh donuts at 6am. 1/3 of the employees speak english well enough to not mess up my order, the rest look like they just don't care enough to try and make it properly.
Depending on who takes your order, make sure it's made the way you ordered. No sugar, no milk, I'm allergic to this, etc etc. Double check cause I've been In line and seen employees do the opposite of what the customer said because they just don't understand...
