Ok, I have to leave a review about Shake Shack!!!! I first saw one of these in Las Vegas Nevada last year in the airport. I was too busy to stop and said I would try it on my way out. When I saw it on my departing flight the line was a mile long!! Lol So I finally saw this one in Encore. I had listened to many people say this restaurant was AMAZING many times. I ordered the double cheese burger, crinkle fries and chocolate custard milk shake. The burger was a smash burger well done. It was perfect in every way possible. Well done beef is hard to keep juicy!!! Most places over cook and dry it out. The fries were fresh and crispy. The custard shake was perfect as custard is 10 times better then regular ice cream. The employees were AMAZING and kind. The 2 girls I encountered were happy and smiling. This restaurant reminds me of the amazing burger joints in Rochester, NY!!! Nick Tahoe's, Schaller's, Tom Wahl's, and Bill Gray's. All famous Burger places in throughout Rochester! Abbott's is a famous frozen custard place that has amazing custard!! Since I can't go back to Rochester every week to get a great burger or garbage plate, this works out perfect for me. I drive all over New England, so this is nothing coming from Maine and NH. Hopefully they start coming in to NH and Maine so I can have shake shack every other day!!! Lol You simply have to believe the hype!!! It's for real!!!💯...
Read moreShake Shack slaps — especially after a long night at Memoire. When you're craving something solid after hitting the casino hard, this is the spot. The food is always on point, no matter what time of night you roll in. It’s a bit pricier than their other locations, but let’s be real, when the craving hits, who’s counting?
The location is super convenient, right off the casino floor with plenty of seating. Just be warned, it gets really busy on event nights, so plan accordingly if you don’t want to spend too much time hunting for a seat.
The service here is... well, it's a bit of a toss-up. Sometimes the staff is upbeat and friendly, and other times, you can tell they're just trying to survive the rush. I get it; it’s a busy place, but it’s hit or miss depending on when you visit.
You’ve got the option to stand in line to order or use the kiosks — both are fine, though the kiosks are definitely quicker. Bonus: This location accepts comp dollars (just make sure you order at the register), so if you’re having a night full of losses, at least you can salvage it with a comped meal. Definitely a nice touch to make you feel like you're winning at something!
Overall, it’s a great choice when you need to refuel after a night of... well, whatever you were doing on the casino floor. Highly recommend, just know the...
Read moreFirst time ever at Shake Shack. When ordering I was reminded by the clerk punching in my order that a "tip" would be coming up on the screen...and I was under no obligation to put in one. Well thanks for mentioning it and thinking I cant read. The people slaving behind you actually moving & making my food should get it, or myself for having to go get it, and serve it to my table. She was nice when she said it though. Does anyone realize tips are for people who are wait staff who are paid UNDER minimum wage and depend on tips??? Or someone who goes above & beyond their job? Not regular waged servers who put in your order at fast food joints? The burger was just ok. The fries were like crinkle cuts from my freezer and my shake had waaaay too much chocolate syrup in it. I couldnt even drink it....
