If I could give this place a minus star rating I would to start off. My wife and I have this thing where we will try to order a drink for each other and not say what it is so that we can guess what it is. So tonight was my night to order the drink for my wife. I tell the waitress don't tell my wife what it is and I order a drink. The lady said the name of the drink three times. Then the bartender come over and ask. Is this the drink that you wanted? So there goes that surprise. I started off. I ordered the beef a casa with no egg. We said no egg in both English and Portuguese. My wife is from the azores is in fluent born there so speaks fluent Portuguese. They still brought that dinner out with round potatoes instead of the fries that we ordered and an egg. They took that back and corrected it. My wife got the octopus and she said it was dry. They charged us for the drink that we ended up telling him we didn't want because the fun was gone from. They brought the bill back to us. They charged us for the drink that we didn't get. Accidents happened. No big deal. I gave them the bill to correct it. They took the drink off and kept the bill the same dollar amount., in my opinion they tried to charge us knowing the drink wasn't there because when she walked over I held the bill up and said there's a problem before I could show her. She said oh the drink is on there huh? I said well if you knew that why did you give it to me? I would never go here again and I would caution anyone else not to go there also. The environment was nice. Plenty of big screen TVs. It says they have a DJ there on Friday nights. We are there Thursday night the night of the NFL draft The other thing that bothered me big time was after they dropped off the food the corrected time without the egg. She never came back one time to see how the food was to ask if we needed anything. It wasn't a busy night. There were two tables behind us and then there were a couple guys playing pool in maybe four or five at the bar. But the waitress had the two tables in the pool table and the bartender had the five at the bar, but it was just completely surprised to see how it was if you look at any of my other reviews I very rarely do I say anything. Bad accidents happen. That's fine. But when you knew that the bill was wrong before I could even tell you why the bill was wrong and then you supposedly correct. The bill take the drink off and the dollar amount at the bottom is still the same as if it was there. That means something to me so maybe they were just having a bad night. But I would definitely always check my numbers at this place cuz I was very surprised to see something...

After Days of waiting for reopening the social activities, restaurants would be perfect as we thought on Saturday when we tried you get our bites of good food here, The welcoming was nice as the hostess was super, but after we got our table , there's our Waitress Maria took our orders after 15 min , waiting for our food another 20 minutes, we order burgers which they were good even they were cold when arrive to our table. Our Waitress never checked on us at All but the worst thing is What's the Management Address to The workers after being without a job for months. I tried never to do bad reviews in my page but hurts the Mostest when it's too close where I live. The manager's answer when my wife told him about our really worst experience in a restaurant was " What Do You Want Me To Do" ... I Guess He Shouldn't Manage any Business at All. I Saw an employee smoking a cigarette near our table very offensive ! Not a pleasant dining experience at well at like I said the hostess was awesome . We dined on Saturday in the late afternoon . Worst...

This place has real potential. The food was good, the drinks are the right price, they had every game on, in a cool setting, with high quality furnishings. They even have a garage door window... that would have been really great in summer!! If this street got more foot traffic, this place would become popular.

Two recommendations: 1) if an appetizer will take longer than the dinner to prepare, delay putting in the dinner order until the appetizer is coming out. 2) the bread and oil is a nice touch, but the bread was more like those pre-baked dinner rolls one would buy at Costco, it was boring, and not as flavorful as it could be (I liked that you guys heated up the bread). The way to fix this problem is to spice up the oil that is put out with the bread. Plenty of fresh cracked pepper, a pinch of salt, parmesan cheese, and a dash or two of crushed red pepper. Or swap out the parm and red pepper...
