We love Night Shift Brewing!
We’re semi-regulars at their amazing Saturday morning running club (11:30am). That crew is one of the most welcoming groups we’ve ever run with, and the route is an absolute :chefs-kiss:
But the real reason for today’s love letter is because we just hosted my husband’s 40th birthday party at Night Shift—and it exceeded every expectation.
Brittany was an absolute dream to work with: super responsive, informative, and clearly committed to making sure everything ran smoothly—even though she wasn’t on-site the day of our event. Caleb, the bartender assigned to our group, went above and beyond. He made our guests feel welcome, helped us track down anything we needed, and gave spot-on beer recommendations all night long.
The space itself was perfect: a great mix of seating and open areas that made it easy for folks to mingle and enjoy our main event—90s karaoke. All of our tech needs were more than covered. Our DJ was thrilled with the plentiful outlets and the projector setup.
We also loved being able to bring in our own food (shout out to Wegmans, For Pizza, and Square Deli in Everett).
Can’t recommend Night Shift highly enough—for a Saturday run or your next...
Read moreI want to update my review on a positive note. Jamie and the taproom team reached out to me and advised that they are working on protocols and training so the below situation doesn’t occur fo other people. They were extremely apologetic and very happy to make things right with us. In my opinion, this really turns things around and showed me they are a company who does really care about their customers.
Honestly, I'm blown away by how rudely my boyfriend and I were treated today. We were so excited that one of our favorite spots was open so we reserved a table ahead of time. We got there and we were the only people forced to wait. Walk-ins were seated due to the plethora of empty tables, but apparently people stayed late at "our table." We asked about it after watching several people get seated ahead of us and we were met with rudeness about the whole situation. I don't understand why they couldn't have just seated us at an open table. Apparently you're better off just walking in off the street. I used to frequent Nightshift and buy their products regularly, but I will never ever go there or buy their beer ever again. My boyfriend and I are not sure why we were treated so poorly....
Read moreHave to say the folks at Night Shift have really figured out how to accommodate during a pandemic! Thankfully the first weekend after being able to serve, they seemed to have figured out all the kinks! You make a reservation ahead of time. Show up 10-15 mins early to get in line for check-in. Yes there will be a line, it's night shift...there's always a line. After check-in you'll be seated at a table and given instructions on how to place an order. You text a number your first and last name, your order, and what table you're sitting at. They were pretty swamped when we went there so it was understandable it took a bit to get the drinks, but in about 20 mins we were able to get out first order. Immediately upon receiving that order we placed another given the delay. And in about another 20mins as I was finishing my first beer the second round came. Cashing out was just as easy. Text the number you're ready to cash out and someone was over with a tablet to swipe my card and we were out. All in all a great experience and awesome to finally get out of the house. Thanks Night Shift! We'll see you...
