Mike's Roast Beef — Restaurant in Everett

Rude rude rude customer service... Get it right the first time and the first time and don't take my receipt away from me? I had to purchase twice. When I ask for it back it's for a reason I might might be wrong I might be right. That is fine. But the man that was customer service ignored me over over again! Would not talk to me all I wanted was my first receipt. Not looking for food just what I got and what I payed for. Wanted to see reciept. .

To Manger! That's not right! He got my order wrong and he continuously ignored me in fron of everyone And said bad things about me that are not true.

I go in there all the time love you roast beef ....so happy with the food always happy never had a problem with orders before in and out......that is why I go in there! Wow... that crazy. but he was very unkind Rude and totally not customer ORIENTED at ALL I WANTED PROOF OF MY RECIEPT that is all! All I wanted was myreceipt. Not food . He talk bad about mr in front of customers instead of dealing with the issue.

he didn't get my order right and could solve it I order paid and that is right...TWiCE BECAUSE HE GOT IT WRONG. AND being ignored NOT PROFESSIONAL. Ok so as planned, I took a trip to Mike's in Everett after work around 9pm and got the Super Beef Three Way. Overall I would say this beef was great, it tasted good and was warm. However it loses points for a few things.

Sauce, appears to have plenty at first but halfway through I find myself searching for more and scooping it up off the wrapper. I peeled back the bread to reveal a completely dry backside. Loses points for that, but the sauce itself was really good.

Beef, was served warm, had a great homemade flavor to it and was tender, but it was not rare like desired, was more of a medium. Loses points there, but this also partly my fault for ordering at 9pm. I bet it's much different around 5pm.

Roll, it was freshly toasted, had plenty of buttery goodness, no complaints at all.

Location, immediately outside of Boston off of 93 in the crappy part of Everett, however it's directly across from the new Wynn/Encore Casino, open until 2am everyday and because of that I expect it to become a real banger location that will be regularly slammed. Resulting in fresh beef at all hours of the day.

All in all I give this beef a solid 3.0 Moo Cows, but that's partially because of my poor timing. I fully believe that I could get a medium rare beef with a 3.5 Moos on a good...

It pains me to give Mike's a 1 star cz I have been a fan of them for the last 30 years but in the last year I have been disappointed in them. I didnt know how much until I went to Kelly's today. I was always a Mike's fan and didnt really care for Kelly's. I enjoyed Kelly's today. I got exactly what I ordered and how I ordered it. Mike's has just fell off. They dont pay attention to detail. You ask for extra sauce they put a drop on. You ask for extra mayo and they dont put anything on. I feel the qaulity had changed as well. Maybe they figure they will down grade quality and capitalize on the ppl that attend the casino. I think Mike should invest in a few ordering screens and get with 2019. I dont blame the guys who are making the sandwiches. How are they supposed to remember 6 orders being broadcasted over a microphone, it's just ridiculous. They spent a bunch of money on screens for the menu but kept the ordering system from 1960. Step you're game up Mike's or you will continue to lose customers and drive them to Kelly's. The onion roll that Kelly's dont offer isnt gonna keep ppl from leaving...
