Five Below — Local services in Everett

I went to this 5 below today, I normally always go and their service is amazing. Today I went with my daughter a couple of friends. The second I walked in the store the manager followed me, I didn’t think of anything until she kept following me. I had went to the candy section where my daughter found a candy and she had opened it I didn’t notice but it wasn’t like I was going to let her take it without me paying, the manager came up to me saying “get another one for the barcode” I felt disrespected so I purchased my things and leave, at the check out the employee there had a massive attitude. When I was leaving i was telling my friends what had happened and the employer that was scamming my things had said “ you can gladly never come back” I will never come here again their service was horrible. So i was here about a month ago, I needed a selfie stick. I don't particularly like shopping but needed a selfie stick that day, so I ran in and so glad I did. The sales associate Kenzie, was so much help. She was pleasant, smiling, not sales like pushing anything on me but askibg if there was anything else I needed and not knowing the store at all, I am more an online shopper, never neen in Five Below till then so having this young lady be so informative about whats better and what to look for in a car phone mount, she knew her product and was so upbeat and happy it was great. Worst experience ever I’ve been here before and staff was always helpful clearly the new people that got hired idk how they did but five below standards are way down they don’t help or say anything stood in the line for about 20 minutes the lady saw me and didn’t tell me there’s was a register open instead I had to ask and she didn’t even look or acknowledge me it’s going uncomfortable!!!!!
