Extremely Disappointing Return Policy Experience

I recently purchased four pairs of shoes from this store. Before finalizing the purchase, I specifically inquired about the return policy and was clearly informed that returns or exchanges would be accepted within two months, provided the shoes were brought back in their original box.

While I was satisfied with most of the items, one pair caused a noticeable injury to my ankle—likely due to a manufacturing defect. When I returned to the store to request an exchange, I was told the shoes were “worn” and was met with accusations of trying to return used items under false pretenses.

It is unreasonable to expect customers to detect issues with footwear without wearing them for at least a few days. The store’s response was not only dismissive but contradicted the information I was initially given. Despite having the box and being well within the return window, the manager refused both a return and an exchange.

I would expect a business to treat post-purchase concerns with the same courtesy and professionalism they show during a sale. Unfortunately, that was not...

This outlet is clean, tidy, and very well arranged. 2 employees were really doing an amazing job: the lady at the cashier was very helpful and even assisted us with sizes and models, while another employee was carefully arranging and organizing every single box and assured us to find the right size. I also noticed that the designs here were different from what I’ve seen in outlets in other states like Minnesota and California, which made the visit even more interesting. The location in Google Maps is accurate — it’s right beside Ulta — but be aware that in Uber the pin is slightly off, so drivers may stop about 100 meters before the correct entrance. Bought a slip -ins shoes. The manager was very helpful and gave good discount from his side. Was slightly bigger went for exchange couple of days later. The other person refused to change for the discounted price and demanded additional amount to be paid for exchange of next smaller size. The senior manager also refused and said she doesn’t know about the discount and I need to pay additional difference amount to go for smaller size. This is unfair return policy. Once billed for a specific amount and if exchange to be made just for a smaller size the return policy should apply without additional payment unless it is of different item or higher prices.
