Please If anyone can help me 🚨🚨 the Methuen school district requires proof that I live in Methuen, I have given them a rental agreement with a letter signed and notarized by the property owner, a copy of my car registration, proof of payment work, a copy of my license, and the last available account statement from my bank, all with the same address and it is still not enough, And until today, 8/31/23, they did not tell me if my daughter, who is very excited about starting school, will be able to start next week. The staff here are unprofessional, rude, and very vindictive when you know exactly what you are talking about. They think they own all children, and parents have no rights. I just called the general DESE number and was answered by the rudest man I’ve ever spoken to. He acted like I should have been an expert on all things DESE and was extremely annoyed that I was asking him to point me in the right direction for an issue I’m having with the DESE website. He was SO condescending, rude, and just a nasty person. I cannot believe that DESE has someone like this working for them....
