I loved Chucky Cheese for the kids and they had so much fun . One of the older gentleman definitely knew what he was doing he's management material if not already. We appreciated that thanks. It was my daughter's birthday and we finally got the discount for everything, the girl seem not to know what was the discounts or the prices and what time the place opens up we met out front beforehand. Then when the placed opened we still had to wait outside for almost 15 mins by the being even let in Checked in was cool they check temp we take own picture and give name. Prices were not too understanding because of the lack of communication from there part but other than that we had fun but they should be cleaning up after the people should I say kids get on the rides too. Didn't see that really just suggesting and all the seating arrangements seem to gravitate to the back right we were way to close to other families . Our coats had the hangers as the other 3-4 families by the time we left the had at least 4- 6 people in there group as well as us so we will be back. I just hope people keep as safe as on the floor as they do eating next time. Thank you Chucky Cheese and all your hard workers.

Great, fun, clean, family-friendly place to take the kids. Worth the trip, and best budget friendly arcade we have found! Other good tips to know: 1. The fun isn't just for kids - there are plenty of arcade games that adults will enjoy too. 2. Not too crowded, and good parking and other local restaurants 3. The (newish) unlimited games option is the best. For $15 - $20 (depending on the day) you get a card that allows you to play unlimited arcade games for an hour! Way better and cheaper to do it this way, than to visit a like arcade place and play each game using quarters. If you have little kids, dont get too many unlimited cards and use them all at once. Space them out and go at the pace of your kids. 4. Look online for coupons - coupons for discount meals and activities are online (Tuesday = best day for Pizza, Wednesday = best day for unlimited arcades) 5. The prizes here are pretty good, but require lots (abnormally high) amount of tickets to get them. Plan on dedicating time to winning tickets if you want to get a decent prize 6. 2-3 machines were broken when we were here. But overall most worked well

My family just celebrated my daughter Violet 6, birthday 3/19/2022 at this Chucky Cheese location in Everett. The staff that attended us for the party was not friendly and not truthful. She didn't know anything about my party reservation package and was asking me about my package. I showed her my email confirmation on my phone. She didn't check on her end or ask anyone. I had a party for 5 kids but I only had four. She came out with for game cards only! If I'm paying for five, why am I getting 4 card cards? My kids wanted dip and dots ice cream, she confirmed that they had only regular chocolate or vanilla ice cream only. A server who was attending a large group who were having their party too, the server was coming out with dip n dots, and the person who was helping us had lied. The service we got was poor and un friendly 😪. When Chucky came out the staff was dead and didn't sing or dance with Chucky. Like wow, we paid our money and got crummy service. I m thinking on my daughter 7th birthday we'll spend our money at Legoland. My child did have fun but it could have been better.

Was so excited to have my daughters birthday here as my sons has been held here twice in the past. Got the 6 kids for $99.99 plan for the party - like I did in the past and this time was completely different and service was horrible. I understand the plan does not come with a ā€œhostā€, but in November we walked in and said IM the host for a women to audibly say ā€œno, IM the hostā€, and she took care of food orders. Brought us pitchers for drinks. Made sure to inform us of times to have cake and for Chuck E to come out, she was amazing and we made sure to tip her. This time was horrible. We were told to order at the front. We didnt get a drink pitcher because ā€œthey are reserved for partiesā€, so we were told each kid had to go to the fountain themself for a drink. Are we not paying for a party?! We were handed a buzzer and had to go get the pizza when it rang whereas in Novemer it was brought to us. Yet an hour an a half into the party a random pepperoni pizza that we did not order ended up on our table? So that can be brought over but what we order cannot? Makes no sense. And my daughter ended up being absolutely terrified of Chuck E and whoever was in the costume can clearly see that yet got closer and closer when it was time to sing happy birthday. So now this whole memory for my daughter is ruined and pictures/videos of her with her cake are of her crying because these employees are insensitive and rude! My daughter also got hurt in the trampoline at one point and is noticibly unable to walk right away and is crying, all while the woman attending the trampoline couldnt be bothered to help her out. And it isnt like I can go get her with the barrier blocking the entrance! My daughter was also not initially given the birthday kid wrist band with points for the games. We had to ask for it. And while every other child in there had there game card ON A BRACELET, the attendees of my party were just given a lose card without anything to wear it or prevent them from losing it. While we complained about the band for my daughter, they supposedly transferred points over but it did not have the same amount when we checked, as the card previous to the transfer did. This is the third party ive had here, and we will never be having another...

I visited this establishment on 10/28/24 and was disappointed by the interaction I had with who I would assume was the establishments manager. I am assuming she was the manager due to the color of her polo shirt being different than all other employees (blue opposed to black). I entered the establishment with my two children and my sister, this individual was at the front - no greeting just grabbed the hand stamps. No problem. I place our food order and order the kids pass, again - this individual seems annoyed by simply having to do her job. We proceed to sit down and wait for our food, at this time, my children see the jump area and proceed to enter it as the gate was open. Immediately, the individual comes over with her miserable attitude and unwelcoming demeanor and starts reprimanding the children for being in the play area. My children exited immediately, but I exchanged my thoughts with said individual. You work at an establishment thats supposed to be welcoming and fun for children. If the jump area is your biggest concern, I recommend staffing this attraction to ensure children do not enter it if theyre not supposed to be in there. Your employee could use training in leadership and the difference between managing an establishment, and being a leader amongst her team. Her negative attitude is visible within this location as other employees seem very dismissive and unattentive. In an economy like today's I can assure you, people will not continue spending money at your location if this is how you...

To be honest, the place is okay but not that great. ā€œChuck e. Cheeseā€ is fun but not that fun. What I’m telling you is that, there are problems about the place, not the game, not the customers but mostly the place. Don’t get me wrong though but it’s true. Now mistakes can always be fix but in this case, but they never did? How long do I have to stay in line? When is my pizza coming? (I’m hungry) And mostly, it’s a rip off. Childrens would love to go to chuck e cheese but for me, it’s a no no. Even though I’m not a parent, I’ve experienced something like this before, or let’s say many times. Let’s all make an agreement, or opinions. This place should need more of a care, there should be more workers if you’re planning to make more money or just fun. Secondly, more games should be added. People who go to chuck e. cheese, monthly or let’s say, some time during the year shouldn’t experience the same game over and over again. Add more entertainment games, and I know chuck e. cheese is based in children’s entertainments only but come on, you can least try harder? And lastly, money and toys. I’m not sure of how this is going to work out but the toys are bad, much plastics. It’ll probably get lost in like a day, Candies you can probably buy those in a 1 dollar store and mostly everything else is a rip off. Now, everything is an opinion but hopefully this paragraph doesn’t offend people because I’m not trying to offend people, I’m trying to tell the truth and sometimes the...
