This location has gone down hill drastically. For background, I opened this store as a team member. After my experience today, I will not be back. Today, we ordered food and drinks including an ocean water. Unfortunately, when the drink was made, there was too much blue coconut syrup used and the drink tasted bad. I kindly asked the drive through attendant, if we could have a sprite with a splash of blue gatorade instead. I handed him the ocean water which he took. A woman then came to the window and said that they couldn't make the drink I requested. When I asked why, she said because I may not like the new one they make too. I informed her that was not what customer service training would advise and I had already paid an up charge for the ocean water so I didn't see the problem switching out a drink I didn't like. She then closed the window and started screaming to her employees about me stating that "everyone has worked here" and that "she has worked there all of her life." When she came back to the window, I asked her what she was saying and she said that "everyone always says they worked here." I then went to mention that I opened the store and we would never treat customers the way that she has. I asked for her name since she didn't have a name tag, and she said that she is the general manager, Fatima. She said the location is under new management. Pro tip 1: if doing the drive-thru, the turn has curbs on both sides and is a tad narrow for a vehicle like the Bat Tumbler. Be cautious when navigating through, as to not mess up your bat wheels.
Pro tip 2: bring your card or cash because apple pay is not accepted. They do a great job of communicating this up front (see pic with signs taped to the drive-thru. They say it 5 times in different sizes fonts).
Visited on a weekday during lunch rush. The service was as speedy as the FlashJawn. Friendly staff at the drive-thru. Service with a smile and 100% order accuracy! They have the ever-so-important screen that updates as you order. They ask you if everything looks correct. They also say your order back right before you pay. Don't forget to ask for cheese on your tater tots, you will thank me later. Burgers and cheesy tots are wrapped in a tin foil to keep them warm and toasty. Crinkle cut fries maintain their crunch even after a drive home. Plenty of rubber / paint coated steel outdoor bench-tables - some of which are covered under the large overhang, if you want to hang out (bat-style).

July 2025 I went to get icecream with my boyfriend we get up to the drive through and told to wait for 3 minutes. Only to be told they were not accepting any orders at this time because they were backed up with mobile orders. Terrible customer service. You always attend to the customer in front of you.
September 24th 2025 I mobile order a sonic cheeseburger with usually fixings. I get up to the drive through didn’t even ask my name told me to pull around an handed me a bag. Opened up and I had just a plain patty with garlic butter.. go up and ask for it be fixed and to see 3 other cars in front to me exchanging bags. I get up to the window not a ‘hello’ ‘sorry’ or nothing. Then I said that I still have my fries in the bags and the young lady with the glasses just goes ‘oh’ and giggles. And says they’ll make me a new batch.
I understand they’re kids and this is probably their first job. But I don’t understand the lack of care or general customer service. I’d be in so much trouble in any jobs I worked at if I acted like that. I think the location is better closed up or they find a new manager who holds these kids to a standard on how to...
