I am contacting management & the corporate offices with my complaint as well. This is pertaining to your 24/hour location not just to serve coffee & doughnuts all hours of the night, you failed in your moral duty to serve the community last night. My son is a young adult who works and socialized in the area last night. On his way home the car seized up in the cold,he pulled into your lot luckily safely off the road just as it died. With enough bars to call home to let us know of the situation.Without being able to charge his phone in the car he came into your business to simply ask if he could plug in his phone in the "2 prong" outlet that the beverage fidge is pluged into in the lobby. While awaiting AAA,your employee (Indian guy) told him "No" my son is a good kid,non confrontational. He resorted to going back into the car, dead phone and eventually fell asleep in the Cold Car. Over an hour the AAA driver looked for the car,not certain that it was in fact your location that my son was stranded at, & not being able to reach him. What would have been a 20 min. ordeal if you would have allowed him to juice his phone for a few minutes. Fortunately I got in my car ONLY then did I go into your store to see that his phone being plugged in wouldn't interfere with the beverage fridge plug. Then as we put the hood up still awaiting AAA another one of your employees (Hispanic woman) arrived to work (4:45AM-5:00AM) only to go inside to obviously complain to the the same clerk that denied us the use of the outlet, then which they both came outside pointing and gesturing that my son's car was an annoyance to her as if it were blocking her car which it was not. You need to teach your staff that Serving America shouldn't only pertain to coffee & doughnuts during...
Read moreI recently visited the Dunkin' location on Route 4 in Fair Lawn, NJ, and I had a mixed but overall positive experience.
First, I want to highlight the excellent customer service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient in taking my order. It's always a pleasure to be greeted with a smile, especially during the morning rush. Kudos to the team for their dedication to providing great service.
Now, onto the one downside - the parking situation. The Dunkin' on Route 4 is situated along a busy highway, and the parking lot can be quite congested during peak hours. It's regrettable that the parking lot isn't larger because, at times, people resort to parking on the sidewalks due to limited space. This creates a bit of chaos and can be inconvenient for both customers and pedestrians.
Despite the parking challenge, I was pleased with the overall experience and the food quality. The menu items I ordered were fresh and satisfying, which is exactly what you expect from Dunkin'. The coffee was hot and brewed to perfection, and the pastries were delicious. It's comforting to know that I can rely on Dunkin' for consistent and tasty offerings.
In conclusion, Dunkin' on Route 4 in Fair Lawn, NJ, provides great food and excellent customer service. However, the limited parking space is a drawback, especially given its location along a busy highway. I would suggest considering alternative parking arrangements or visiting during less busy hours if possible. Despite this minor inconvenience, I will continue to frequent this Dunkin' for my coffee and breakfast needs, confident in the quality of their products...
Read moreI’ll do the public a service and tell you not to go here if you don’t want to get sick. I ordered two egg & cheese wake up wraps, one of them after taking a few bites had this brown gooey disgust on the inside of my wrap. Now I’ve gone to other Dunkin’s before and I’ve never had this issue. You’d think after renovations and what not that they’d at least have clean food. I know years ago there was an incident with maggots in there food. You’d think they’d fix the issue. Nope. They didn’t. It’s absolutely vile and sickening. Don’t go here for your own well being, I’m so sick after eating something as simple as an egg & cheese wake up wrap. I’ll never do that mistake again. If I could give zero stars I would, it’s so disgusting. Like how on earth do the workers allow customers to consume this? Very...
