First, fyi that there is only 1 very narrow driveway for the whole location, drive thru or not.
Stopped by with family to get a late breakfast. Every other McD would oblige my late breakfast request, but not here. Not while Zatavia is in charge. I asked again but she flatly stated there was no breakfast after 11am. It was 12:05 so she had the right but really, EVERY other McDonald’s has obliged me, even as late as 12:30. Furthermore, after my order, I realized I forgot to scan my App. When I asked manager about it, she coldly said there was nothing she could do. Now I’ve made this mistake before at other locations where the managers were kind enough to redo the order to help me. Not while Zatavia is in charge. Strike 1.
I was trying to use the McD App. It showed there was breakfast in the Deals menu. “Breakfast is only till 11”. I also saw hash browns and asked if that was available. That was Ok. Great! So I added to the app and tried to pay. Ambivalent cashier girl said $2.49 or such. I showed her the app that said $1, but she curtly said it doesn’t work after breakfast time. @McDonald’s, you need to work on your App that’s making me look bad! Strike 2.
Asked cashier for a cup of hot water. She looked dumbfounded then turned her head to Zatavia. This manager said she would have to charge me. “How much?” “A dollar.” “Ok then can you make it a big cup?” “That would be $1.69.” At this point, I realize they are trying to upset me. So I just decide to let it go and asked for the SMALL cup of hot water for $1.00. Rings me up and it’s $1.07 with tax. Strike 3!
This is why I like Starbucks. Their customer service is always so much better!
I won’t be surprised if this McD location disappears or with these types of operators, if all of McDonalds went BANKRUPT!

Read moreThey do not deserve not even 1 star! Went through drive through and overall the gentleman that took my order was very rude and rushy. The woman who charged us at the window was clueless. I had 3 gift cards that I used to pay. The woman scanned one right after the other as their limits were exhausted but I knew that with the last one she was only going to have to use very little. Once she scanned the last card, she mixed all of them together and handed them all right back to me instead of just giving me back the one that still had funds. Now I have to call for all of them. Then she hands me the drinks without offering me a cup holder. Whoever bagged the order forgot one medium fries and my my special needs child’s happy meal was a chicken nugget meal when I asked for a cheeseburger. My son has difficulty chewing and swallowing and a cheeseburger is perfect for him. The woman did not even say goodbye, and we had to ask her if that was it.
When we got home and realized what was wrong i called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager. As I explained to the manager what happened, she decided to hand the phone to the drive through attendant and the conversation went no where. I asked to speak to the manager and by this time I was so upset. When I asked the manager why would she hand the phone to the employee she got upset and hung up on me. I just called the corporate offices and placed my complaint. This isn’t the first time I have s problem with drive through but it will definitely be THE LAST!...
Read moreThis was by far the worst experience i ever had in any fast food restaurant, (march 6th , 10:10-10:50pm). I made my mobile drive thru order around 10:10pm(large fries , big mac and diet soda), i arrived at mcdonalds at 10:20, i told my order number(HR56) in speaker, they told me to drive up, they gave my my big mac and large french fries, but they did not give me check and soda, so i was waiting for them , ( I had 3 cars behind me ) , i was waiting waiting … 30minutes have passed( i saw them inside running around cleaning , ignoring cars and me honking as if nothing was happening and laughing off) and after honking ( all the cars weee honking) they decided to FINALLY show up, and the worker ahead start talking to me rudely, she said i should have told my order in mic, i told here that i already did and they already gave me portion of my food , im just waiting for my soda, she said “NO YOU DID NOT” in a rude tone , and she asked for check which she never gave me , so i told her my order number , and she got real quiet instantly, before she was about to yell at me now she got silent. She closed the window, i guess she wanted to make my soda or something, but even though soda machines were right in front of window were i could see she went behind were i couldn’t see her, i assumed from her actions before that she will spit in my drink or do something like that so i just left.
