Arguably the best food in Fairbanks! I came here for lunch and got the pork burrito. It was premade so I didn’t have to wait. I usually cook at home because I feel I can make it better and cheaper, but not this! The flavors are incredible and not something I feel I can replicate. Tastes truly authentic and amazing! Best Mexican food truck ever. I met them 2 years ago and they are the nicest and their food is amazing. Never had any issues. I always get the TJ quesadilla or the Shrimp burrito.
