Moldova Soba, a restaurant serving authentic Moldovan food... Calming place, comfortable interior design, and a menu of various specialties to give plenty of options to serve your pallete. Delicious and perfectly cooked lamb, savory zucchini appetizer, and of course, getting a taste of Moldova's signature dish -- the Mamaliga. Though I don't drink, Moldova as a country supposedly makes wine that is renowned around the world, so maybe this place has top of the line wine?

Street parking sucks here. It's confusing with too many signs so its really easy to get a parking ticket; they are militant about enforcing the rules. We messed up, got a ticket, and never went back to downtown Fairbanks for the 3 additional days we stayed. $44 ticket cost $$$ in sales.

The building interior needs a major overhaul, it's in terrible shape.
