Ordered their Tonkotsu ramen and popcorn karaage chicken. I'd say 7 out of 10. Im very strict reviewing Ramen since a lot of my family members used to work as a ramen chef and I been to many ramen spots in LA and Washington. Their broth base taste slightly bland and not as creamy as I thought. Their ultra spicy paste is solid but quite expensive for a small little paste of it. My spice tolerance is very high and their spicy paste is just right at 5 out of 10 spiciness level. It feels as if they use angel hair type of noodle, very thin and soft, which I really like. Their popcorn chicken karaage breading is okay, nothing too fancy.

Service is almost non existant. I asked the young lady if they got any wifi I could use since I just got here from Washington and Tmobile is really bad but she said she does not know the password. Fair. No water served at all either. You put the dishes back to a basket they prep for you. The young lady never came up to you to ask if everything was good either. She was just on the phone call with someone almost the entire time and went back inside, no one else was outside until a new customer showed up and a different lady came up to greet them. I shouldve given no tips tbh but it is what it is.

Would I come back? Maybe, in the far future. But only to go. Oh they charge $1.50 for to go. Pricing is alright. Definitely cannot compare this to anything like Tatsu ramen, Tsujita or Kizuki. It's 3.5 out of 5 at best. People who give 5 out of 5 for their ramen really have never tasted other ramen in...

They messed up with my order. I’ve ordered a birthday cake for my daughter’s birthday with a custom message on it. The cake was supposed to be a honey berry mousse cake (specifically was looking for a mousse cake as my daughter loves them). The order was made and fully paid 2 weeks ahead of time. When I came to grab it the girl at the counter said she wasn’t sure that was the right cake but there was my name on the box and no other cakes whatsoever so I had no other choice as to get what they had for me. At home we found out it was a cheesecake and not the cake that I ordered! Guys, seriously?! If I wanted to buy a cheesecake I would go to the nearest grocery store! If you had issues with making the right cake you just should have let me know instead of giving me what I did not order! Besides, the custom message was not on the top of the cake as expected but on the little separate piece of chocolate, and half of the letters just fell down by the time I got home. It was such a disappointing experience! Probably ramen is good there but the customer service...

Update: I ate there again and a bunch of things were fixed. No issues with customer service this time. I didn't eat in this time however. Thank you for reaching out however a refund is not what I'm looking for. I just appreciate my complaints being heard and addressed. The food is good and the service was too. Plus it is much easier to find now.

(Old Update) My wife and I went to their new location which was not easy to find, they need more signs. Once we got there and got our food I was never given the water I ordered and the ramen I was eating ended up having a hook of some sort in it. When I brought it up nothing was done about it. I'm not saying I want a discount or anything but at least acknowledge that something was wrong. This trip to the new location was highly disappointing. If I hadn't gone before and had great food and service I would have given a 1 star review. I will probably go back since they literally just moved to give them a second chance.

(Old)Great food and great service. The prices seem...

BEST okonomiyaki I have tasted since my cousin (who learned to cook it in Japan) made it for me!! I always order this dish when I see it on a menu, and Oishi Bakery does a fabulous job. It’s got so many components: sweetness from the sauce, saltiness from the bonito & bacon, nice veggie notes from the cabbage, some savory richness from the egg, and a little pickled ginger to cut through it all, and they balance all those tastes perfectly. We also tried two types of onigiri (especially loved the miso pork belly!) and the cheesecake soufflé, which is a slice of heaven. Imagine sitting on a cloud while wearing a big fuzzy robe and listening to a beautiful sonata and eating a cross between cheesecake and angel food cake with subtle hints of almond; that’s what eating this dessert is like. I already can’t wait to order from Oishi Bakery again. The one challenge is that I want to try everything on the menu I haven’t sampled yet, but everything I’ve tasted was so good I’ll want to get it again!
