Kung Fu Tea — Restaurant in Fairborn

Staff is friendly and gets my order right every time! I got honey oolong milk tea with half sugar and nata jellies this time. That is one of my go to drinks that i get often! It was delicious. I enjoy the options for adjusting sugar levels, toppings you can put in your drinks, and the texture and taste of the nata jellies and mango jellies. They are my favorite toppings for my tea! I have also gotten matcha milk tea, rosehip milk tea, thai tea, and a couple of original tea(not milktea) drinks. I personally dont reccomend the lower levels of sugar in the pure tea because the ones i have had are very strong, and become very bitter for my taste if sugar level is too low.( I am an unsweet tea drinker, but these teas are very strong!). I have also had chestnut milk tea. Although the flavor of that was nice, i was not a fan of all of the chunks of chestnut that were in it. I have also had the brown sugar wow bubble tea and the cocoa wow bubble tea. The wow teas are very sweet and enjoyable and contain more of the brown sugar syrup the boba is soaked in. We had the absolute worst service experience ever at this kung fu tea location! We had previously had a great blond guy who was wonderful but a couple months ago it was an Asian woman who screwed up our order extremely badly. We had paid through the app and when she couldn’t deliver what we had ordered she refused to refund our money! She was saying nasty things about us to the other workers but we could hear her. Very unprofessional and awful! Finally after 5 minutes or so of trying to deal with her nastiness someone else came from the back and after some talking convinced her to calm down and give us some refund although not all of it. The staff were kind and patient with me as I decided on what drink to get. The atmosphere in the building is nice. Service was also fast even though they were busy. I tried the Honey Oolong Milk tea with coffee popping bubbles this time it was really tasty just a tad too sweet. I'll definitely remember to get less sugar the next time so the flavors can shine through better. Over all still...
