I just had the most unusual "not usual" experience at the Dunkin Donuts on Senoia Road at the Fairburn/Peachtree location. I arrived early in the morning, approximately 4a.m. for my periodic toasted bagel and cream cheese. The website identifies this location as being open at 4a.m. When I arrived, the "Open" sign was off, lights inside the building were off, but the menu banner was lighted. I took a chance and was met by a voice requesting my order. I gave my order via the drive-thru, was charged $3.75 for my order and didn't receive a receipt. I didn't question the process as the Assistant Manager, (which I later inquired who she was) advised me to pull towards the front of the door and someone will bring my order to me??? Curious I thought because there were no other cars behind me, no one waiting nor coming into the Facility??? After my order was ready, the server, unlocked the facilities front door and brought me my order. So there are two things that struck me as very unnerving at this point. The lack of safety of the employee walking out to my car parked in the dark in an area not illuminated by the facilities lights and the lack of safety for the customer made to park in the dark to await my order. The Assistant Managers name is Tissa. I'm unsure of the correct spelling of her name but it appeared to be pronounced as such. My receipt never made it to my bag on this day, Tuesday Dec. 4th.
Let's see if we can provide Tissa some coaching on customer service and safety.
The young lady who provided my order was advised to convey my disappointment with the manager's...

Hey Ms. Dora,
I wanted to apologize for whatever unfortunate circumstances you may have experienced that have contributed to the disposition you exhibit, especially towards others while working in a customer service-facing role as a manager. It appears that even your staff are hesitant to approach you. Your lack of customer service, as demonstrated by your response and demeanor, is not acceptable especially as a manager. I am certain that there are individuals out there who would appreciate and thrive in your position, benefiting their families and the community. Dunkin slogan is “America runs on Dunkin” but as long as you are there it appears that America may be running from any interaction with you. The convenience of having a dunkin nearby has deemed itself to be of a great inconvenience as I’d prefer to sit through Atlanta traffic and forgo Am coffee from my favorite coffee spot near by to not have to encounter the level of customer service you lack. Perhaps you are so dissatisfied with your role that your aim is to provide poor service. Either way I am hopeful for healing for you and please keep in mind that

America runs on Dunkin'.” The rebrand, which emphasized how the fast food chain kept busy Americans fueled...
Read moreThe person who left a review named Antionesia English... I wish I would've read your review before visiting this location. Because I experienced the same rudeness.... out of nowhere. And I walked from the truckstop at 6a.m. Won't be coming back. It's not by accident or luck to have an entire staff of individuals who don't understand the basic fundamentals of business and customer appreciation. Before you ask me anything, the first words out of your mouth should be hello and welcome. I walk in and stands in the center of the menu board to observe the menu items. Young girl with twist says "I'll get your order down at the other end" with her head down and working on another order. She comes back a minute later, stands down at the end of the counter that has no register and says "what will you be ordering. I come tell her. She goes to drive thru to put in the order on that register. Comes back 2 minutes later and opens up the box to put the donuts in, turns around and asks me what donuts do u want. I said excuse me. She said aggressively "which.... ones... do .. YOU.. WANT?!!" I can't make this stuff up. Took my order, took my money, but don't know what to put in the box. And mad that she has to repeat herself. I guess it's too early to repeat herself. So don't spend money at this location before the sun comes up. I won't be back. And I'm not upset. I just have...
