I never had to leave a review for this store and I stopped eating Wendy’s because I worked for them for 16years and got tired of it . I live across the street from this location and this the 3rd time I was not satisfied. When I came to Georgia I said that this is the 2nd best company that I worked for despite the unfairness and favoritism. I use to work at the store in riverdale and the general manager did not play about cross contamination and being unsanitary!! I love that about her because I was raised in another company up north where we didn’t play about it either . So working there was perfect for me . Today i decided to grab something to eat and go inside this time because every time i go through drive thru my food is cold and wrong which is not expected from this location .
I got a Bacon double stack biggie bag with no pickles and had to ask the fry person to make my order because the cashier was digging in her ear , pulling on her hairnet and clothes . I didn’t make a big deal about it so I softly whisper to the fry person to make my order. When I was ordering I asked the sandwich maker can the burger be fresh and the cashier person said “it is fresh” in an annoyed voice . I just said okay and patiently waited for my food .
When I got home my food was wrong , I didn’t get mad because I only live across the street I just got a little annoyed because that was my first meal of the day . So when I arrived back to the store I told her that I got the wrong sandwich and since my fries and nuggets are now cold I will like a whole new order . She gets upset and say “ummm wow but you, ummm okay I guess.. just throw it out”. So then she proceed to drop fresh fries and transfer the fries over to another basket using her bare hands because she put to much in one basket and then got the nerve to scratch her head . I was looking so shocked because I really didn’t expect that at this store . So I asked her if she can drop better fries because she touched those fries with her hands and she rolled her eyes and got so annoyed .
2 things I like about working for this company when I was a crew member and a manager is that when it came to following the right procedures and having great customer service they didn’t play . Read moreWorst experience ever. After spending over 50 dollars, our meals came out wrong. We were missing a large French fry, 2 burgers and 4 drinks. My father in law went up to the counter to get things corrected only to be confronted with am unpleasant attitude. After waiting approximately 10 minutes, i walked up to see if i could assist dad. J'nai (the employee) full of unpleasantness asked what was wrong and missing. After 10 minutes of my father in law first explaining and then waiting for things to be made right. I repeated what was wrong and what all was missing and received an eye roll for bothering miss J'nai. Continued to wait an additional 15 minutes. Got 2 cups and 2 burgers (one which was incorrect) but at this point we just let it go. Still waiting for a large fry at this point and still missing cups lol. My husband goes up to the counter, dad still has no drink. My husband waits another 15 minutes,just blatantly being ignored,so i cone back to the counter to request a manager, just to be ignored as well. At this point I'm getting irate, so i loudly announce how nice it is to ignore paying customers. Low and behold J'nai answers to that lol. We finally try to get dad his drink a half sweet and unsweetened tea. Well need less to say, they gave us some nasty flavored tea. We ended up leaving. Spending 50 plus dollars only to be left hungry and unhappy. Wendy's used to be my go to. Will not happen anymore. This store has left the worst taste in my mouth and i didn't even get to eat. Read moreMy husband and I wanted to go in and order some food, but the moment we went up to the counter, one of the employees said the registers were closed, and that we had to use the kiosk. Well, our order was kind of complicated, that's why we wanted to be face to face with an order taker so we could make sure we could get it right. We never have any good luck with the kiosks, so we tried ordering on the app. We placed our order to be picked up at the counter, but when my husband went inside to pick it up, they told him they didn't get any order. My husband was getting a little frustrated, and showed them on my phone our order that was placed and paid for. My husband got angry that our order wasn't made, and the manager, who was extremely rude to him said that she would make a new order. Then one of the employees said "here it is". It was sitting on the counter the whole time. That made my husband furious. The manager was going to give him the order that had been sitting there getting cold, but my husband said "I want the new order that was freshly made". The manager ripped the old order bag out of his hands and said "I'm not giving you both orders". My husband is normally a very even tempered person, but the rudeness of the manager, and the other employees set him off. He said he wanted to smack all of the cups off of the counter. He didn't, but he kept his cool. We'll never be going back to that...
