Five Guys — Restaurant in Fairfield Township

I took my kids here on a Sunday to get some burgers. The three girls working behind the counter are all exemplary employees. In particular, Cadence K. (as stated on my receipt) was probably the most pleasant worker I've come across in a restaurant in quite some time. When she heard that my son has a peanut allergy, she immediately checked with the girl working the griddle and deepfryer and alerted me that the fries are cooked in peanut oil and so my son should steer clear to be safe. The team then offered some cut pickles for my son in place of fries just to give him something crunchy, so he didn't feel left out while my daughter ate her fries.

Overall, the thoughtful service we received really made this a thoroughly pleasant experience for us, as dining out with food allergy can be a challenge.

In addition, just as an observation, all the girls stayed busy throughout our time here, even though the restaurant wasn't packed. When no one was at the counter, they were either straightening things behind the counter or coming out to clean the tables. I've been a store manager for one of the country's largest retail chains, and I recognize a good team when I see one.

I'm actually still at the restaurant right this minute, but I just gotta say that on top of the food being awesome and tasty, service here is amazing! The team is so personable and especially on a day when I'm sure they had to shovel themselves out of the snow to get here (and therefore a muted attitude would have been so understandable), the positivity is so contagious. Very glad I stopped in! Please pass along my thanks to your wonderful employees! I hope they stay blessed and I'll be coming here vs the one closer to me...

Super Overpriced for the quality of the food, and I was taken back that when eating in they gave me my food in a brown paper bag and I have no way to put my food anywhere to even eat it while dining in. Definitely will not be back, I will stick to eating at Freddy’s, really wish steak and shake was still around. I do not recommend eating...
