I already had so much love for Jimmy John's. I was trying to find out what I wanted to eat tonight. I received an email that my normal order #12 beach club would be $5.99. BET!!! 😀 So I ran and ordered in the app. After I completed my sandwich order my email alerted me I had a free side. It was then that I realized Jimmy John's has new menu items. I decided to try the pesto bow tie pasta salad. OMG!!😍😍😍😍 I'm glad I made the choice. It is so good and the quality is good. I also love that they added crispy jalapenos to the add ons for your sandwich. I also got the garlic and herb wrap instead of the white roll(my usual). Everything was just so good! I'm so proud of myself for getting my dinner at an amazing price and everything was so good. After all that I received another badge to get my same sub for $4.99. I ordered a beach club (the only meat that comes on it is turkey). I get home and there’s no turkey on it lol so I call back and ask to speak to the manager, the guy who answered told me he was the manager . I let him know what was going on so he said if I was close to come back and they would remake it . I said I’m not close so he said we can offer you a refund if you’d like and have the sandwich remade so I said ok. I drive back and the guy at the window stated he was the manager and that was his driver that I talked to so he can either give me a refund or make my sandwich but he can’t give me both??!!!! WHAT??!!! I’ve never experienced a more rude individual in my entire life and he’s the manager at this place ?...

Food is usually good, never a problem that you wouldnt find at subway etc. I don't mind paying for the food, but why does is seem to always be the wrong time to call. Always short always in to much of a hurry. I get it freaky fast but must it always be freaky rude. And like the one guy said cookies are always hard. We order a lot probably between the 4 of us 60 or 70 times in 2016 and seems to always be the same. I get it the food is what I pay for but it sucks to feel unwanted when I order it.
