I already had so much love for Jimmy John's. I was trying to find out what I wanted to eat tonight. I received an email that my normal order #12 beach club would be $5.99. BET!!! šŸ˜€ So I ran and ordered in the app. After I completed my sandwich order my email alerted me I had a free side. It was then that I realized Jimmy John's has new menu items. I decided to try the pesto bow tie pasta salad. OMG!!šŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ˜ I'm glad I made the choice. It is so good and the quality is good. I also love that they added crispy jalapenos to the add ons for your sandwich. I also got the garlic and herb wrap instead of the white roll(my usual). Everything was just so good! I'm so proud of myself for getting my dinner at an amazing price and everything was so good. After all that I received another badge to get my same sub for $4.99. Thank you Jimmy John's for adding more tasty items to your menu and rewarding your return customers. I'll be back soon. Keep up the great work....

The bathroom was disgusting, and had mold growth that indicated it hadnā€™t been cleaned in months. I considered canceling my order and asking for a refund, but felt like that was doing too much. I will not be eating at this restaurant again. If the bathroom is this bad, I canā€™t even imagine how disgusting the food prep is.

I ordered a beach club (the only meat that comes on it is turkey). I get home and thereā€™s no turkey on it lol so I call back and ask to speak to the manager, the guy who answered told me he was the manager . I let him know what was going on so he said if I was close to come back and they would remake it . I said Iā€™m not close so he said we can offer you a refund if youā€™d like and have the sandwich remade so I said ok. I drive back and the guy at the window stated he was the manager and that was his driver that I talked to so he can either give me a refund or make my sandwich but he canā€™t give me both??!!!! WHAT??!!! Iā€™ve never experienced a more rude individual in my entire life and heā€™s the manager at this place ?...

Food is usually good, never a problem that you wouldnt find at subway etc. I don't mind paying for the food, but why does is seem to always be the wrong time to call. Always short always in to much of a hurry. I get it freaky fast but must it always be freaky rude. And like the one guy said cookies are always hard. We order a lot probably between the 4 of us 60 or 70 times in 2016 and seems to always be the same. I get it the food is what I pay for but it sucks to feel unwanted when I order it. The drivers are usually very nice. Just that 1 minutes conversation when you order that sucks, maybe just saying...
