Wendy's — Restaurant in Fairfield Township

I came through with my son and husband got 2 7$ biggie bags along with an Ice cream for my son we sat and sat at the window waiting for our other drink because we only got one . The man working seen us I waved him down he came up to the window didn’t open it looked straight at us and just picked up his phone we honked 3 times until someone finally came we asked for our drink instead of the man making the drink he went into the back and grabbed a rude ass lady with pink short dirty hair we once again told them what was wrong at this point of course we are annoyed it’s A SIMPLE DRINK THAT WE PAID FOR she got rude so my husband got rude then she shut the window in his face not trying to give him his drink so I got out the car and told them we are simply trying to get home and feed our son she opened it back up and told us we are never allowed back there which honestly if it takes someone 10 minutes to get a drink I wouldn’t come back either way at the end of the day everything could have been avoided if they did their job without trying to accuse someone for trying to get a free drink lol but I will say you have people like that working for you stores gonna go to shit 😂 but thanks again for showing us how Wendy loves to say they have a job but not...

My family just ate here this evening and we will not be returning to this specific location. First the did not repeat my order, I know this is no big deal but I have a big family and want to make sure everything is correct before pulling forward. I was not given that option. The first window, the young man was friendly and respectful but the second window... I cannot say the same. The girl put 5 of my drinks into 1 carrier then tried to hand me three more drinks, I asked for a carrier and she got an attitude and started mumbling under her breath like it was my fault that she did not just put my drinks 4 and 4 into the carriers. She was very pushy with handing me my things, she did not say thank you, she was very rude. If you do not like your job that much there are plenty of places hiring. Just like there are other Wendy's locations that we will be going to. Just a heads up, if you go you are subject to rude service. Also the food was cold, burgers were pink, and they did not give us our full order. After the bad service I did not even go back to fix the food, it is...

I will never visit this Wendy's again. Things were so bad that I may never go to another Wendy's anywhere. I will list the reasons here:

It took them several minutes to acknowledge us. I turned to my wife and suggested going elsewhere before someone finally took our order.

After running my debit card, the woman who took our order just walked away without saying anything to us.

We could not eat in the restaurant due to COVID-19 concerns, yet we were able to be inside and place our orders, use the restroom and had to get our own drinks while many of the employees were not wearing their masks properly (or at all), nor were they practicing social distancing.

When I mentioned that I was upset about the dining room being closed, I was told that there was a sign on the door stating this. I verified that there was one line on one of three pages full of useless information about the dining room being closed, but it was not readily noticeable.

The poor quality of customer service combined with the hypocrisy of the "safety standards" left a very bitter taste...
