Burger King — Restaurant in Fairfield

2022 update at the bottom. I wish I could give them zero stars.

TLDR; I've lived in the area nearly 5 years now. I've had maybe 2 positive experiences in that entire time being here, both of which occurred while serving breakfast. Do not waste your time or money at this establishment. There hasn't been any improvement whatsoever. It has to be the worst fast food/drive thru location I've ever encountered in my entire life.

This place is super frustrating. Everytime we order we always have to go back to get our order correct. We go back, the manager corrects it, life goes on. It's almost every dang time though, honest. Today I decided to finally post a review because I'm just flat out not going anymore.

I'm only giving it two stars because they have yet to screw up a kids meal. We only go/went because my kid enjoys it.

From now on I'll just drive further to a different location and see my money go towards a different establishment. This particular store is rather awful.

First world problems, I know. I'm just done trying this location.

Edit: 1/9/21 I decided to go back. I didn't feel like driving to the next closest location. My review from 10 months ago still holds true. The kids meal, was fine. Absolutely everything else about the order was incorrect. Wrong combo given, missing items, food prepared entirely wrong (I didn't even ask for special combinations).

This place is flat out awful. I contacted the manager, she was sincere, its not her fault. The entire establishment is trash though. Im over it.

Edit: 7/13/2022 Lunch break. I'm hungry. Figured, why not go to Burger King. Its been a year, they've probably improved. I ordered 2 bacon double cheeseburgers no pickle, and large onion ring with zesty sauce. Received my bag, looked an saw the onion ring, zesty sauce, and a sandwich. I should have checked. After all my past experiences, I should have checked. Get back to work. 10 minutes to eat. Open up bag. There's one sandwich. It's a beef patty and a pile of pickles on top. No cheese, no bacon, no condiments.

I'm the idiot for thinking going to Burger King was even remotely a good idea....

Thanks to Lisa, this visit like always was awesome. She was an absolute sweetheart who genuinely made an effort to ensure that our visit was nothing short of fantastic.

If I could I'd give this place a -5. I decided to come to this location because its close and wanted to get my kids and myself something to eat. I ordered some hamburgers and fries for my kids when I received the ordered I noticed the fries look like they had been sitting out for a long time and when I asked for fresh ones the manager just kind of looked at them as if they were okay and had the gentleman make some new ones. When I specified I wanted my chicken fries fresh and well done the employee that was making them said oh you want them burnt. I took that as a smart response and said no then informed the manager about it and her reply was maybe he just was specicifying what you wanted since we get that all the time. I let her know that a reply like that is not warranted when a customer ask for their food a certain way. Then the gentleman only gave me one chicken fry I specifically ordered two and they made me pay for an additional chicken fry even though the other one was already made. As a result I had to pay for them since he acted like he never rang them up and I left. I informed corporate but was only given a $5 reward and could not be issued a refund. Will never eat at this...
