I come here often, and usually, the food is pretty good, last Friday was a nightmare. The manager of the store and the ending result was atrocious. With that said for at least this location, I will never ever visit again.
Friday 9/1/23 around 9 pm:
Bought the 12pc family meal to feed my family and the chicken was not fresh, tasted horrible, the biscuits were hard, the mac & chasse was runny and the greens and potatoes were not that good either. I figure I'll just complain and perhaps they will remake my order or give me my money back. I called the place and spoke with the manager who said just bring your receipt and the food back and we will take care of it.
Great they will remake the food our do a refund I thought.
Saturday 9/2/23 around 1 pm:
We did exactly as requested by the manager, and came back to the store with food & receipt in hand. Spoke to a person who said she was the manager and then took the food and receipt from me. After a few minutes, another lady came who did not address who she was and said the chicken that the chicken looked like really good chicken.
That's right the chicken that's a day old looks like really good chicken to her. With that said I have serious concerns about the freshness of the food being served to local customers.
She also stated that half the chicken was gone. Now I am pretty good at math and I know that out of a 12pc half would be 6 there were 9 pieces that were brought back, this is not half. She then said she wasn't going to do anything about it NOPE NOPE and to call 1800 cooperate she handed the food back to me and walked away. The lady who first said she was the manager disappeared and was never heard from again.
I've contacted the cooperate just as they instructed. I also have a case # and pictures of this so-called good-looking food. For whatever reason Google will not let me upload them.
As I stated to the cooperate office, I was going to give the store the chance to just remake my order, however, after the treatment received that is no longer an option. I've requested a full refund and these ladies who represent KFC in Fairfield, OH are doing a very poor job. They just cost you a regular customer who visits there often.

Read moreZERO STARS. Placed an online order through kfc.com and went inside to pick it up like the sign on the door said to do. I waited inside and the staff saw me but refused to come up, when they finally did I was rudely told by the manager they weren't taking orders inside I needed to go through the drive thru and they were extremely busy.. I stated I was there for an online pick up and she took my name and walked away. Another lady came back up to me asking the same questions. I was then told it would be 11 minutes for chicken since the chicken they already had would be given to everyone in the drive thru line even though my order was suppose to already be done and ready for pick up by the time I got inside and helped... also they would be closing early due to "no staff and being too busy". I asked for a refund and she said I could not have one, the Manger also yelled from the back I needed to contact door dash about my refund. I let the Manger know I did not go through doordash I went through kfc. She said she still couldn't help me. I asked for a number to call or anything. She told me to look it up myself she couldn't help me. I left and called kfc support after I looked up the number myself. Read moreI would love to give multiple review stars here. My order was not correct, no big deal called over thought I was getting a replacement when I spoke with Sarah on the phone. Pulled up to the drive through and said “Sarah was replacing my order” was told that the order wasn’t ready to pull to a parking spot and they’d be out. 25 minutes later, nothing. I walked in and apparently Sarah or no one relayed that my order was being replaced. Sarah, I can only hope this was not the manager. Zero stars. Please coach yourself on better customer service. Please don’t worry about coaching your team because they’re not the issue, you Sarah are the problem. Sarah is clearly not worth management pay. HOWEVER, the rest of the team in the store was amazing and I felt badly because they were short staffed. If you go here just check your order before you walk out or drive away, that was almost two hours of my life wasted.
