I recently had a fantastic experience at Ace Furniture Store in Fairfield, CA, thanks to the incredible customer service from Bahar (one of the owners). She was not only knowledgeable and helpful but also went above and beyond to help me find my dream living room set. Unfortunately, when the furniture was delivered, it was left with black fingerprints from the delivery drivers—a mini heart attack moment, especially since the set is a light birch color. I immediately messaged Bahar about the situation. To my surprise, within five minutes, David, one of the owners, called me directly. He apologized for the issue and gave me clear instructions on how to remove the stains. He also assured me that they would reorder a new cover for the furniture. This level of care and responsiveness is truly rare. Bahar and David's quick action and genuine concern turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. Im not sure if I can even find accurate words to describe what David did for me! I remembered him his wife and doggie when I first moved to Suisun. He gave me a great deal then and my life took a horrible turn, almost all was destroyed. The devil tried to ruin me then GOD RESTORED ME, and calling David was where I was lead to once again. He provided not only excellent service but he gave me a deal that was a God sent miracle blessing! David is wonderful and his latino helper I forgot his name was so sweet and nice. This is the best furniture store Ive ever known good stuff but most importantly they are loving and kind and have hearts that care for another human being. We need more of that. He helped me out, went out of his way for delivery. I'm eternally grateful and pray Gods abundant blessings on his business and family. I 20 star this place I cant speak enough they are incredible people... Helps restore hope in humanity people like this. Excellent prices and all accommodations top notch! I can't thank you...

This place is very homey and great great prices, Im a grad student living on humble graduate assistantship stipend however I was able to get all my furniture from this place, the whole bed set and night standa and sofa and dining table. It is ran by a small Family of 3 plus a dog “Zoey” which the owners kid to be the Boss actual. Lol. Dubbing her “zoey the boss”! David is very helpful and friendly. Him and his wife went above and beyond to make sure I get the deal that makes me happy given my tight student conditions. I was recommended there by a friend from UC Davis. my experience was so good that I thanked my friend by treating him to dinner.

Absolutely recommend this place.
